Go to a real Verizon dealer! This store will talk you into signing up with them and claim that they’re “double dipping” and “hooking you up” to get you to sign up with them. We have had issue with our bill every month since signing up. I’ve spoken with the customer service representatives three different times because our bill has been different every month and fluctuates $100-$200+. Every Verizon associate that helps us says that the store didn’t enter in the discounts properly and that they’re trying to fix it. Now we’re dealing with chargebacks for the incorrect discounts that were initially given. I’ll never go to a knock off/sub contracted store like this again.

We had the best experience! Jean-Michael was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us! Even reached out afterwards to see if we were adjusting well with our new phones since we switched from Android to iPhone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in to upgrade my phone for free, with trade in. I was also told my husband could upgrade his phone as well with a trade in, and I told them I didn’t want to change his plan in order to do this. They (2 different associates) told me I would not have to, it would be a loyalty upgrade. Well we did it and now I have been trying for a month to get them to fix my husbands phone to be free. It is showing I owe money every month on it. They told me they needed to send an email is all. I call back 4 days later, after not being notified. And was told the email they received, that they denied it. I am not paying for 3 years for the phone they told my husband would be free. I am awaiting a call from the manager of the store as of right now. Don’t trust these ppl.
Update: the store fixed the problem and now I am getting the discount for the trade in, but they did make me change his phone plan to do it. So I’m happy, but a bit upset that I had to upgrade his line. All worked out tho in the end. Thanks.

Not to be rude, if I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in the store only 1 customer with an employee, while the other employee got was on the phone. No acknowledgement. The employee on the phone was able to greet a customer who walked in after us and immediately began to help him after the call. 25 minutes of us sitting right behind them, while the phone kept ringing *no acknowledgment * we called a different Verizon store and the employee picked up quickly so we drove over and were serviced immediately. I find it quite rude to completely ignore customers who walk in, I understand if it was busy or if they said something to us after a couple minutes but this was a very poor reflection of Verizon. I ended up missing my train home because I wasted time waiting at this store for apparently no reason. If the employees had time to chop it up with familiar customers and not even greet any of us I find that unacceptable.
