I contacted customer service, and they advised me to visit this specific store to exchange my 3-week-old iPhone 16, which has been overheating. However, when I arrived, I was directed to the Apple Store instead of receiving assistance here. It seems customer service was correct in suggesting that the stores are primarily focused on sales and may not be as interested in addressing additional issues.

Don't go and but anything from this place they have the worst customer service reps In the store. Specially Mark the sales rep he will sell you something but won't return it and the manager jason is even worse. The rep argued with me on a device he sold me. I would never buy anything from him or this establishment ever again. Once again horrible horrible horrible customer service. First of all when we came in the store you had a attitude. I never cause any scene in a store unless provoked. Once again no customer service skills at all. Verizon policy is the customer is always right. If you would have done right by my mother in law you wouldn't have never gotten a return. But because of your attitude that's why it was returned plain and simple. Learn how to do your job and do it correctly and you as a authorized store wouldn't have gotten the return.

Jason is absolutely excellent.
I arrived with a non functional Sim Card, and he fixed everything immediately.
He did not treat me, like “just another customer”.
He took the time to help me with my iPhone.
10 out of 10 STARS!!!

Was having connection issues with my phone and I called support on the phone and they were no help. Decided to go in the store and jason fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes and didn't need to reset my network settings.

Jason at the apopka store on 436 was an absolute please to deal with and provided above and beyond 5 star service. As a result of his astounding customer service i was made to feel like family and not just a customer. If i had to compare or use as an example for any experience with customer service i would say he is it. Thank you Jason.

Yesterday I went to the store to buy a cover for my camera lens to protect them, Iphone 14 Pro. The assistant was very helpful he cleaned it really well before placing the cover over the lens. They had the part I needed. He was very kind. The store is very nice., will be back for future needs and purchases! Well done you guys appreciated your help!
