Store #3166**Walgreens...pharmacists Alex & Diem are a major liability for your company**If you want to deal with pharmacists violating HIPPA...then this is the perfect pharmacy for you. Actually to be specific just ASK FOR DIEM OR ALEX. Both pharmacists completely broke HIPPA and informed me of other individuals (that I know personally & they know this) medical history, what specific medications they were taking, and the Dr that prescribed those medications to these individuals. Both pharmacists brought this information to my attention, I never asked one thing about them. Both pharmacists gave me the patients full name as well. I was ONLY inquiring about MY prescription. This is completely unacceptable. They both are rude, condescending, and DO NOT FOLLOW HIPPA.

This pharmacy sucks! I had a refill available on one of my meds. They refused to fill it, no idea why. I had a new prescription called in at 9:00 this morning, and they haven't filled it either! It's now 3:54. They're totally rude, and just really don't give a shit. I'm already one day behind without the med. Stupid bitch tells it won't be ready until tomorrow. I told her I want it NOW, they don't care. They should be in another business, like maybe the Walmart garden center. They don't need to be at Walgreens pharmacy. I'll be sending this to corporate next, of course they probably don't give a shit either, otherwise why would this be going on. Start firing the slackers dammit!! No one else gets away with this bullshit.

Worst possible customer service. The pharmacies are rude and don’t prioritize patient health. I’ve been going to Walgreens for almost 20 years now and I’m ready to make a switch to an independent pharmacy. I have spent hours on hold. I’ve waited days for medication to be filled with no updates as to status. They lose prescriptions and then I have to go through the whole process of having the doctor called in a new prescription. I’ve never been so aggravated with a pharmacy in my entire life.

When you call to get information you are left on hold in excess of ten minutes, then a live person comes on the line and says "call back later" and hangs up on you. Really??!?!?

After eating a dinner that didn't sit right, I found I needed to get antacids. The CVS was closed, so we had to find a Walgreens near out Hotel. This one wasn't far away, they still had stuff for Halloween (it was that evening) and the staff was friendly. I was able to get what I neeeded and a few non essential items, including makeup that was discounted. YAY!

I've been a Walgreens customer for over fifteeyears. I used to go to the one off Silver Star until I moved to Apopka 2 1/2 years ago. The Main Street location is less than ten minutes from my house so it only made sense for me to start coming here. For a while, I didn't need to come as often since my insurance provided a delivery service for my main medication. But after going septic last year, the hospital sent this Walgreens tons of medication for me to have - and some follow up medication I still have to take even today. I cannot tell you how many times I've had such poor interactions with the pharmacy staff here! It shocks me each time I get an attitude or a rude response from them - I keep thinking maybe it's just one of those days for them - but it seems to be an every day issue with all of the staff! Countless times I've called to get prescription statuses (since I've come to find that the App doesn't always update) and I always get someone who catches at attitude with me for simply asking the reason for the delay or how long it'll be until it's completed. I've literally been talked to condescendingly and even hung up on once. But once I got my prescription, I'd always shake it off. Today, however, was the last straw for me. My doctor prescribed me something today that is very much needed considering the symptoms I currently have (similar to when I first got sepsis and ended up hospitalised for a month). I dropped it off a little after 3 PM and the lady asked if I'd like to wait till it was filled or come back another day. I asked how long it'd take and she said "About fifteen minutes". I said no worries and proceeded to wait in the parking lot. I had to charge my phone anyway and I didn't feel well (hello, I need the medication!) so I parked my car and waited. 15 minutes go by... no call or text like I usually receive. Ok, no big deal, I'll wait 5-10 more minutes. Finally, an automated call saying there's a "delay due to insurance". I'd gotten this response in the past and a pharmacy staff had told me it just meant they were still filling it / getting confirmation from my insurance company. So I figured I'd give it another 15-20 minutes.... but still no update. By this time, it's 4:00 pm. I'd been waiting for an hour exactly and since the automated system and app never gives any other information, I decided to call and request to speak to a representative. The woman tells me "it's still being worked on but should be ready by 4:10 PM today." At this time (by time they actually answered the phone), it was 4:06 so just to confirm I asked, "so in 4 minutes then?" The lady just grunts out a "mhm". No sorry about the wait or an actual verbal response of a "yes" - what is this, effing McDonald's? So I wait. Before I know it, it's 4:15 and it STILL WAS NOT READY. Fast forward to right now at 4:45 and it's still not ready. If I continue to get worse because this POS location didn't do their job or AT LEAST give me a proper estimated time, all hell will set loose. Once I actually get my medication, I'll be moving my business to the Rock Springs location where my family has told me is so much better and actually has customer service.

Horrible customer service called for a sime question that was only gonna take 30 seconds of their time and been on hold for almost an hour mind u i called like 3 time the worse... I want to give it no stars but it wont let me post unless i click on one very smart but you cant even answer the phone to answer a simple 30 second question nice

I called with a simple question and was left on hold for twenty minutes. Called back and asked the same simple question, was told “I don't know hang on†and was left on hold for another 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Good luck getting your prescription on time if you use this pharmacy. Every month it's a different problem and when I tried to talk to someone about the customer service issues they deny there is a problem much less try to correct it. Unless you need a lot more stress in your life go to a more competent pharmacy.
