Worst pharmacy ever! The ghetto has better pharmacy customer service and are quicker than the people behind this pharmacy. This is the second time that I waited over 30-40 minutes in the drive through to pick up my RX with just ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!. The second time I waited over 40 minutes to be told at the window to come back 10 minutes so that they can fill the meds because they updated my Ins. I ask why is there such a delay and was told people are updating insurance and other Blah blah. First, it doesn't take that long to get eligibility through the system. I know this because I've updated my insurance previously and it takes less than 5 minutes. I called corporate and complain! I understand the waiting game in customer service, but 40 minutes in drive through to be told to come back later and given an attitude by them and told there are other Walgreens around the corner is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I transferred my RX and will NOT be coming back to that he'll hole pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever sent prescriptions to every single time they tell you a prescription is ready you get there and it's not. I've had my wife try and pick them up. I've tried to pick them up for the last four years and they're always not ready after they tell you via text and email that they are. I would not recommend this pharmacy to an enemy.

Same day cards made on your computer and picked up in an hour or so. Was pleased with quality of paper and printing. Pictures will come out a little darker than on your original. So, lighten them up before loading.

Fantastic! My prints were ready in a half hour. When I went to pick them up, I wasn't satisfied with one large print so the guy reprinted it in just a few minutes while I waited and made sure it was correct. I would not hesitate to use Walgreens photo service again.

Cashier wouldn't give correct price on item that was on shelf with multiple duplicate items. She said it must've been placed in the wrong spot and told me she can't change the price for me anyways. I will no longer be shopping at this location due to the lack of customer service the cashier gave me. Even being over whelmed you should still keep a good customer service attitude.

I was checking the photo hours when I saw so many negative comments. I have been using this Walgreens for almost ten years and haven't had any issues. The pharmacy has always been very helpful. I've had a few times where I had to move a prescription to another Walgreens while traveling and was always treated very well over the phone. When covid first started they were amazing during tests.

This is a lost business past. This is not the first time in the past couple of months I have been told a prescription was ready only to find out not only it wasn't ready. This will be the final time. I arrived to pick up a prescription was told their system showed script was just received, but confirmed doctor sent it over at 1030 this AM. If this were a first occurrence I would be inclined to afford Walgreens the benefit of the doubt. This being the 3rd occurrence they don't get that luxury. This time I was told it would be 15 minutes, but we're approaching 45 minute waiting now and with every passing second I get angrier at the lack of customer service. I caution you if you get your prescriptions here I would hand deliver the script. A much better suggestion would be to have scripts sent to Publix across the street which is where my future business will be taken. They had my business for almost 6 yrs. but I have no conference. Use this location with caution.

Good luck to all of you who try to get your prescriptions at this pharmacy! I know covid has made everything slower and I try to have more patience than yesteryear however, there appears to be no knowledge of how or when to answer a phone call at this pharmacy recently. After 45min on hold with repeating messages of "there are 3 calls ahead of you" I just drove to the pharmacy to try and get a prescription filled. There were at least 8 workers in the pharmacy. One was at the register, six were lined up against the wall. I was still on hold. After an hour of waiting on hold, one of the workers finally answered the phone. The other 6 workers' activities were unknown. Since I was near I asked her why it took over an hour to answer and she said her phone just rang when I was in front of her. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and was told he was on the phone. It took the pharmacy worker an hour to talk with the 2 callers ahead of me while I was on hold. This does not make any sense and may be due to poor training, personal calls, Fred, Grace, etc? Covid can't be responsible for all of this delay, can it? I transferred my prescription to CVS and drove by and picked it up. End of story.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever encountered. The pharmacy staff is rude! They basically ignore you until you flag them down. Then they take their sweet time! Chatting with there associates & playing on there phone is more important to them! I would rather drive to Main Street then to deal with these people!
