I wouldn't refer a dog to the Walmart Super Center in Apopka Florida. The store manager, Edgar and his "do boy" John are both trash and garbage! You can't be professional and garbage simultaneously. The cashiers are far more courteous and polite than the leadership in this store. No one answers the phone in customer service. Some of the staff are walking around the store on their phones. Totally not a good look in the Walmart company. Should you have any inquiries at the Apopka location, leadership is not the go to persons!! I'm just saying...

I was at the Walmart in Apopka today and they remodeled by staff still has the same miserable non helpful attitude In toy department they had 5 pk of Hot Wheels there were 4 pks on hook price 1.98 well that wasnt price it was 4.95 when I said to toy staff member the tag said 1.98 she rudely said well its not the temp help doesnt know what they are doing and puts thing in wrong places. I said well Im sorry but I didnt do it, she said do you want them or not I said no and walked away. NO MANAGER TO BE FOUND. Then I get home and look at my receipt and was over charged for the crockpot I bought it was marked $24.95 and was charged $36.84 Tried to call and when you press 0 for staff it hangs up on you when you press another number for another dept. it rings and rings for 20 minutes no answer So they can remodel all they want but if staff doesnt get better it wont matter.

Walmart what happened to where customers service was priority. The standard and expectation that WAS set has fallen tremendously. And this was pre-pandemic so don't blame it on covid. I'm choosing Walmart to spend my money. But the lack of cashiers and self checkout station is lacking. My time is important and I work hard for my money. So this visit I set down my items and walked out the store. Don't you love your customers anymore? Walmart I'm sure you can afford more cashiers. Don't you want your customers to have a good shopping experience? So disappointing... Going to another store

I was trying to get some fabric cut. I first went back to electronics department which I had done on previous visits, the clerk was just standing there, not doing anything. When I asked if he could call for help in the fabric department he said he couldn't do it. I then went to the front of the store and asked a helper at checkouts, I still didn't hear an announcement. I went to the woman's fitting room and finally heard the announcement. I waited almost 10 minutes and again went the rounds looking for help. I must have stopped about 5-6 employees, still nothing. I went back to electronics, now there were 3 employees there and said they couldn't help. Went to woman's fitting room, there were 5 employees there and said no one could help. A team leader was there and he got on his radio. I went back to fabrics, I still had to wait another 7-8 minutes. In all, I had to wait close to 40 minutes just to get an associate there to cut fabric. Then the associate was taking calls, so of course she had to stop what she was doing to take the calls. It probably took another 10 minutes just to get 2 pieces of fabric cut. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed the fabric for a wedding, I would have walked out. The sad fact is that there were plenty of employees present just no one trained to cut fabric which shouldn't be that difficult.

It's 10:30AM on the Friday before Thanksgiving and there is one cashier on duty! Oh, and did I mention that several of the self checkout lanes are out as well. The store is full of Walmart employees Stocking the shelves and personal shopping for customers but only one cashier. When I ask one of the many employees standing around at the Money Services counter one of the employees says, well there's a manager also checking people out. To which I replied, so just the one cashier then? She replies, it isn't my problem. That's the point where I left my cart full of product and walked out. Oh... and that one Manager that was ringing people up as well in checkout 8... she has six employees standing around watching her! I can't blame the employees if the manager is actually this clueless. There's no excuse for this vacuum of customer service.

Just lost 45 minutes of my life I can't get back! Sit back for a long post! Purchased a TV 4 days ago but was given a TV yesterday as a gift. So of course I don't need 2 TV's. Walked in to do a simple return. Little did I know I would be treated as a thief!! Customer service agent said she could only return to my card because I had no receipt and "Did you buy it? The alarm tag is still on it" Really?? I HAVE THE RECEIPT!! What about that you don't understand. I want my refund in cash. According to your policy, I need a receipt to get a refund. Called the manager who said only if I present the card used, can I get cash. She then looked at the TV (pictured) and said .."Put that money back in the drawer! You have a receipt ma'am? How did you buy this TV and the alarm tag is on it? We have to go look at the video. Something ain't right." Is she kidding me? At this point I'm beginning to lose it. So I decide to text my brother to ventilate. ( Which helped me keep my composure, but I'm ). In the meantime they're taking customer after customer and I am very disgusted at this point. Someone please help me see the point!! I have an unopened product, receipt in hand and ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY!!!! Soooooo, another customer service person returns and says "Security says since the tag is on..it MUST be card only! What was the purpose of looking at "the video" (which of course I don't believe)? So I ask for the manager which brings me back to the original person I was dealing with. Somebody please get me off this merry go round!!! I remind her of what her original statement to me was..."If I show you the card, I will receive my refund as I ORIGINALLY asked for. After this, she takes the TV and my receipt and disappears . 5 minutes later the person who went to check security, shoves a receipt at me and says ."Sign this". She then pushes money at me and walks away. How rude!! I tell her how disrespectful that is by not handing or counting it out to me as she rolls her eyes. I return the $100 bill to her letting her know I'd like 20's. She changes it dropping the money on front of me. If I could give minus 100+stars, I would. The worst experience I've ever had. I know I'm only one person and it probably will not make a difference to them but I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!!!! Will be advising all my friends, family, coworkers, enemies, whomever to do the same!!

It was a lovely authentic experience. For a second I felt like I was on vacation in Mexico.. food was fresh and service was good. I didn't understand a lot of the conversation but our server was very pleasant. And because of our complexion they thought we were Spanish. Lol ???????The dipping sauce for the Birrias tacos can be eating as a soup delicious chunky beef soup.. Note to self next time! Amazing

Walmart is getting more pricey and expensive. Junk food is all they have. Trader Joe's is a much better choice for groceries. Terrible customer service here at Walmart

The moment I walked in, I was overtaken by the music! Lol. I couldn't stop dancing, Lol. Besides that, was nice, not to crowded. Most people had mask on so I felt comfortable. Other then that, I will return.

Always a good place to shop. I needed to pick up a few minor things and was able to get what I needed and get out pretty quick, surprisingly. Will definitely visit again.

I like this Walmart Supercenter because I can usually find anything I need such as personal items, housewares, electronics, clothing, food, fruits, and more! This location also conveniently has a Vision Center inside. Great savings all around.

We went to Walmart to get some soil but the doors to the garden area were close and we where told by a Walmart employees there was a raccoon there so they closed it. As we where going back to the car with the other stuff we bought we saw people in the garden area so we had to go back in to get the soil. Lines for the checkouts both times we were exponentially long but I understand they are doing there best. The second time we where at the checkout there was a problem with the computer so it was a lot longer of a wait. Some people did not have mask correctly secured on there face including some employees. Other than that good prices and got what we needed, eventually. Although I have had better experiences there so 3 stars. ?
