I had an appointment couple weeks ago. I showed up and the individual was not there, and no one else was licensed to assist. I'm yet to get a phone call from the person, requesting to reschedule. Time for me to find better banking and service.

They are taking too long even for the commercial and drive thru I have been waiting here for an hour are they hiring completely unqualified ppl, we have never had an issue like this before here in this branch

I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years, but this branch has been the most disappointing experience I’ve encountered. It took over an hour to make a cash and coin deposit during my visit. On a Saturday—right before a federal holiday, no less—this branch only had two trainees working the counter.
I’ve visited this location several times, and the wait time is consistently long, averaging 15-25 minutes even on regular days. This level of service is unacceptable. People work hard for their money and shouldn’t have to endure such delays just to make a deposit.
This branch is in desperate need of new management or should be shut down altogether. I will also be reporting this to corporate to ensure the issue is addressed.

Worst location ever . If you want to wait 20 years for your own money !! This is the place to go . They are always short staff and the staff they got move like snails . Also when I waited AN HOUR. For service. I talked to the manager and it seem like nobody cared !!!
I definitely reconsidered having them as a bank because the one on west colonial IS NO BETTER …..

Unfriendly teller and manager. They treated me like I am going to steal their money. Gave me a hard time for trying to withdraw my own money. I would find alternative to banking. Banks are getting worse and Wells Fargo is the worst.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this branch to customers for business or assistance with paperwork. I have multiple accounts at this branch and my parents were treated poorly after spending about 45 mn minimum waiting for assistance with notarized letter. My parents have limited language and were treated with poor customer service by the lady and did not even completed their notarization request. I attempted to contact management and was unable to reach one by phone. Please consider taking your business elsewhere that will respect all colors and genders of people.

This is my second time In this month and as you can see 2 employees with a long line one in the front and the other in the drive thru line you can do better trust me I have to take another star
away in my review sorry , but costumer service should be the priority

I've always had a good experience at this location even when they are short staffed. I'm actually writing this review because of the teller Rehan, who was so kind and always communicated with me while I was waiting in the drive thru. She kept me updated with who was next due to her working the drive thru by herself. I was so appreciative of that and she was very efficient in doing so. Thank you Rehan!
