Can we please get some customer service here?
I went in to close my account. Obviously, I'm already not happy with your service. There was not a single customer inside the bank and only 1 teller working (but many employees walking around). Once I was greeted I'm told that I need to make an appointment online. Apparently no one could make the appointment for me. Let's quit putting everything on the customer and please just help me when I ask for help.
Needless to say since I had to take time out of my day to make an appointment I also figured it was worth a review. Do better.

Nothing to do with this location personally but the bank has let me down on multiple occasions and now I am making a switch to a better bank. Wells Fargo please invest into your company.

This branch has gone downhill, it was very efficient, not anymore.
Wait 15 min to cash a small check, no one else was at the counter then they come back just to say they have to verify the check and they are not sure how long that will take. I have the money to cover the small check in my account. WHAT A JOKE! longtime customer, doesn't matter they don't respect the customer's time. Bank elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation of incompetent hiring practices.

Terrible customer service. Do not use this bank unless you like to wait forever and then have to come back. I had to stop a check and even though they were completely dead (I was the only customer) I had to schedule an appointment to come back because they didn't want to spend the couple of minutes to complete some paperwork. In the time it took for them to schedule an appointment (20-30 minutes) they could have just done the job I came in for. Sure I love spending more time and gas coming back for another trip. This is precisely why I never recommend people to use large banks unless you have to. Small community banks or credit unions are the way to go.

Showed up 3 hours before they closed and there is only one person working the windows and drive through and 3 people sitting in the office gossiping. I can hear them talking about their personal life/ how they take their drinks. Really….

If I could leave zero stars I would. I will never go to this Wells Fargo again! I've been understanding and patient the first few times that they only have ONE teller for the entire bank but today was absolutely ridiculous!! There was a manager in the bank doing absolutely nothing to help. She took care of a car in the drive thru and had a long conversation with the lady, but wouldn't help anyone else. Must be nice to have that privilege with someone that works at the bank, and then to do that as a manger in front of other customers. I have never had a good experience at this Wells Fargo in the 2 years of living in the area. I went there before as the only car in drive thru and still had to wait about 15 minutes and I can clearly see no other customer inside. The Wells Fargo down the road from the Hunt Club location at Piedmont Wekiva is officially the only one I will be going to. They are faster and actually communicate with you even if there is a wait.

Hunt Club Wells Fargo is very clean. No lines, Walk in & walk out. Great service. Helpful staff. Every month, I have to go to bank. I prefer going where I'm comfortable & safe. 100% recommend this location.

Over 2 days.....I called this branch 15 times...trying to CALL BACK and respond to a voicemail. NOT ONE PERSON ANSWERED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.IF YOURE GOING TO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE ASKING ME TO CALL YOU BACK...THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!

Great service. Drive thru tellers always are friendly and happy to help. They do not have a drive up ATM which is why they lost a star. They are open on Saturdays which is great because a lot of banks are not.

Horrible location when are they gonna shut down. Literally 2 employees and I been waiting here 45 mins & counting just to get in my safety deposit box. These people here are so lazy & workSo slow. I hate this place!!!!!
