I'm so upset right now I don't even know where to start with the horrific service that I and my mother received today. I sent my mom into your store to make a payment on my phone bill. My mom explained to the young lady that she just needed to make a payment, but the young lady started asking her about other phone lines that are on my phone plan. Instead of just taking the money for the bill, I also inturn told her not to worry about the other lines just accept the payment for the the entire bill. She stated ok and took the payment along with disconnecting my business phone line. So with all that being said I was on my business phone speaking to a client when suddenly I have no service. So that young lady just cost me a client who I have been talks with for over a week trying to get a contract with and the potential to make an extra $2000 to $5000 a month.

This boost store is awful, they charge a random activation fee based on nothing but how much money they want. They asked me to pay them $50 to activate my new phone, I called the other boost store across town and they are going to charge me $35. Go to the other boost store

Horrible ,over charging ppl. They also charge 25,30 $ for activation,something one can do theirself for free. RIP off,scam,drauds!!!!
