Dr. Crankshaw **is** an incredible veterinarian for our dogs, Baby and Piper. From the very first visit, it's clear that Dr. Crankshaw genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. **He's** always thorough in his examinations, taking the time to explain every aspect of our dogs' health and the care they need. His knowledge and expertise give us complete confidence that Baby and Piper **are** in the best hands.
What sets Dr. Crankshaw apart **is** his warm and compassionate approach. He understands that our pets are family, and he treats them with the same level of care and attention that we do. Whether it's a routine check-up or something more serious, Dr. Crankshaw **is** always calm, reassuring, and incredibly kind to both our dogs and us.
We're grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring veterinarian, and we wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Crankshaw to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. Baby and Piper couldn't be in better hands!

Recently used Dr Crankshaw for end of life care for my dog. They made an impossibly emotional procedure as bearable as possible. I really appreciate the bedside manner and candor of the Dr and staff. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

The staff and Dr were super friendly and polite. They understood my concerns for my dog and they were able to help me resolve her issues. I highly recommend & am now a repeat patient.

My dog very sick. Crankshaft was very caring and attentive to our needs. His staff is also very kind and treated us like family.

Whoever the older lady vet is, overmedicated my dog. For 2 days after my dogs visit there she couldn't walk and was urinating on herself. She's still not right, but getting a little better. I suggest you make sure Dr Crankshaw is there before you make an appointnent. Did I mention we took her to get her nails cut?

Great place with very caring staff all around. They always take the time to answer questions. Never making you feel rushed. The nice gal at the front desk when you walk in is so informative, supportive, and knowledgeable. I'm always impressed with how smooth she operates the front desk. I like how we are always called back with minimal to no wait in waiting room.

They treat you're baby's like their own. Great staff with home like feel with a professional caring environment. They treated my fur baby's with love and care more than any other veterinary business I've been to.

They didn't test my goat's fecal sample properly and charged us over 100 to do so. They told us not to change our wormer because there weren't any eggs or parasites. Two of our beloved goats passed away due to their negligence (one of which was devastating to both my daughter and I). This was confirmed by another vet who said that it would have been impossible that they contracted as many parasites that showed up in the fecal sample in the weeks that followed their tests. Which ever vet tech tested them should be ashamed that they caused our family this amount of grief. No condolences or compensation was offered. I would never recommend this vet to anyone (especially not for goats). It just isn't worth the risk. We are heartbroken for the loss of our lovely little boy.
