I called a told them the problem they said bring it in a let’s us look at it so I did . The Mechanic walked under it an shined the light on a said what I said a smart mouth owner was like 40 dollars. I fell for the oldest trick in the book . You never let anyone look at ur car until they tell you how much . Very rude and deceiving.. I wouldn’t recommend these people for anyone..

WORST TOW TRUCK EXPERIENCE EVER! Waited for over 3 hours for a truck. Never called with an update on arrival. When we finally got through to a person, they gave us an excuse for the delay. When the driver arrived, he gave a different excuse and didn’t even bother to apologize. This is unacceptable and not even what I would call “service”. It’s a joke and an insult to anyone who actually needs help. Hopefully you call SOMEONE ELSE next time you need a tow.

This company sent a small rollback to pick up a my 2019 3500 Mercedes Benz Sprinter that was given specific instructions "NOT TO START VEHICLE"!! The vacumme seal went bad and had NO OIL in it!! The driver got in my van and immediately started it as we both heard metal clanking around until I yelled at him to shut it off!! I said don't you have notes NOT TO START? He then looked at his phone and read the notes after possibly damaging it beyond repair! Then they decided to send out a truck with a hoist to pick up my 170" wheel base! I told him absolutely not! Element told me they set up for a morning pick up at 7:00am with a rollback that could fit my van! This company hooked up and took it anyway knowing that if they did they would get the tow!!
