I was down visiting my elderly parents and helping them with some of their banking while here. They are forgetting some things which caused some confusion and the automatically reinvesting of a significant amount of their savings in a long term low interest CD, which they just can’t afford to do at this time. Rochelle Rodgers had the patience with and caring for my parents of a saint and went far and above in helping us with the situation. She was a blessing to me during this difficult time as my parents try to remain independent when they really should be having me help with their finances.

The midflorida credit union in Arcadia has the absolute worst customer service experience, and terrible follow through with my wife and I. Their credit card company is very difficult to get a hold of. They don't back up their customers or listen to what the customers are asking for,, again no follow-up with customers. Both Departments the bank, and the credit card are consistently horrible for customer service care. We have left multiple messages for the bank manager Kelly and she does not return our calls. This is not the way to treat ? customers of your credit union.

Natalie at the mid Florida in Arcadia is terrible. She’s very unprofessional and from what I hear none of the customers like her. Including me. If you have problems up there go to Wauchula mid Florida. They are 100x better than the Arcadia branch.

I will never bank anywhere else! The atmosphere is quaint and the bankers are so friendly! The loan process is fast and everyone is very knowledgeable. They serve fresh popcorn on fridays, fresh coffee daily and have a child play your kids to hang out while you're taking care of business! Absolutely love this bank!
