It's a good bank if you have patience. Trying to do anything online like changing your phone number or email address is like pulling teeth but going on and taking to someone is really easy. There may be a small wait due to most enough staff but it's worth it if you're in the downtown area alot.

Nice people and service answers questions when ask take time to talk about what ever you're talking about and see that your ok and make sure you're going to have a nice day.
