Ive been to Timons several times and each time they are great! As soon as i pull up they walk over to see how they can help and start taking care of me immediately. Awesome customer service! 10/10

Bought 2 new tires from this place within 2 months tires started to separate. Upon looking at date code the were new in 2017. Way past it's shelf life! Guy won't stand behind them because I paid cash and never got a receipt. Buyer beware with this outfit. Inspect your tires before you leave if you buy new ones!! Have pictures to prove it but can't post them on here

Came here for tires, tried giving me bad tires told them no they tried to argue with me these tires aren’t bad. Told them to put my old tires back on so I can go somewhere else. Left with my old tires was driving till I felt something off pulled over and saw they put wheel bearing grease inside my lugs! My tires would’ve fallen off if I drove any more THIS shop did this on purpose because I did not give them my business. If you come here I don’t recommend but check your lugs when you leave.

11-7-24: super nice guys, yes there is an English language barrier, but that’s not an issue. Called as 3 of my vehicles need tires. I was sitting on flats. They had 4 in for my outlander. Asked price and if they could do it today. He said $150 each tire, plus tax. Ouch, but I’m the one wanting them today so I figured just do it. I get there 30 min after the phone call, super friendly guys, and they had them puppies off and on quick! Then I go to pay, now I’m not good at math, but $150x4 is $600. My invoice shows $640, $20 disposal, $49.50 for tax. I paid $709.50 when elsewhere would’ve been $500 ish for name brand tires. So the service, great, but you will pay for that service as well.

New to the area and called around for pricing for a tire, got the same price pretty much everywhere so decided to come here and instead of just doing 1 tire did 2 due to pricing but when I went to check out my total was $60 more than quoted then wanted to also charge another price for tire disposal when they already overcharged what I was quoted. Never trust what you're told on the phone, verify 50 times before they do the work so they won't screw you out of money in the end.

Called around they were the only place that had my tire with it being a emergency! They got me in an out with good prices on used or new tires. I would highly recommend them
