I went in earlier today to sort out some logistics during what's been a very trying time on my family. George just made it happen, he was absolutely awesome! I've been with Verizon for a long time but I've never had such a pleasant customer service experience there. It was long and tedious process but he was very gracious and had such a good attitude the whole time. We needed the win and he got everything squared away while also somehow managing to save me money I didn't expect to save walking in.

George went so far and beyond anything and anyone at two Verizon stores was willing to do, he should be given his own country and a very good monetary amount to live the good life he certainly earned helping me with the nightmare problems that seemed to come out of nowhere. He spent hours with this process, all the while with a smile and a great attitude. If you want the best at Verizon, always ask for George!!! RMD.

The Arcadia Verizon store has great employees, Rachel is one that especially stands out for her amazing customer service. Rachel set up new phones & tablets for us and was very patient with all our questions. Rachel deserves 10 stars for her dedication to Verizon's customers.

Katie tried so much to help me for my billing problem with Verizon, which made a mistake as I switch for AT&T. I went online and pay what they requested, but 2 months later they charged me again for$162. The support lady was not listening and didn't explain very well why they charged again a monthly fee that they removed it on my online account. I have a picture that I cannot included but i will be happy to sent to Verizon.... The manager was even worst. I will suggest to you not to choose Verizon as your carrier, you have better choice and better customer service,

I've been with Verizon for a long time and I can honestly say Rachel is probably one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. She works for you and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary accessories. All these years I've been with Verizon. I never got a military discount which she arranged and asked me about. She's very professional. Very knowledgeable and is very customer friendly. In all honesty, she should be managing a store

Austin took great care of me. Going above and beyond. Katie was helpful in the process as well. I believe we need more associates like these young, hard workers. Please take good care of employees like them. I almost switched carriers, but Austin kept me with Verizon for a little longer. Thank you Austin and Katie.

Let me share with yall, the amazingness of an equally amazing human being named Rachel. Miss Rachel helped me, just before the holidays. She took her time to help me with a matter that she, truly, did not have to. She was kind, unpretentious and assisted me with grace, beyond measure. Fast forward a few months. I reached out to her. She remembered helping me! Recently, she assisted me with the acquisition of a new IPhone. The process couldn’t have been more seamless. I traveled an hour to her store, just to work with her. Please take my advice. Ask for Rachel, the moment you step into her Arcadia, Fl. store.

Rachel is my go to when it comes to taking care of my electronic needs . This year both my sister and I upgraded into the iPhone 16’s and Rachel made the experience so pleasant. She was very professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable especially since it was my sisters first time purchasing a phone . She did a great job at explaining everything to my sister and answered all her questions. Every time I see Rachel she is in a great mood and it makes me excited to come back to see her . She makes sure she takes care of all my needs any time I am in and makes it a great experience to where you want to come back to see her .

Rachel was by far very helpful when it came to switching me and my husband over , and helped us to pick out the right phones for us, she even helped me afterwards when I needed help with getting autopay set up . Do yourself a favor, don't use this company. Arcadia Verizon is as basic as it gets, employees with very little knowledge, frequent turnover in employees, do not strive to assist in problem solving, all for an unreasonable price.

If you're looking for the best Verizon store to do business with, you have found it, it's in Arcadia Florida.
We own an operate our own business. Actually two of them.
Rachel went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I and had everything we needed for cellular internet service.
She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable on all their products and what would work best for us at the very best price. Rachel has been helping us now for about a year and a half and we could not be more pleased. We give Rachel a 10 she works for it and she deserves it. If you want your problems solved, go see Rachel.
Thanks Rachel no more headaches.
