I love this pharmacy I have been using Walgreens since I left rehab and am still in recovery. I take Suboxone medically assisted treatment. And I have had no problems up until now I called the pharmacy yesterday Sunday and my prescription that I was told I could filled and had been canceled by someone. And today Monday we were also reluctant to fill my medication. I've dealt with the same pharmacist every time and they are awesome. No judgement but today and yesterday I feel like I've been judged. And it's quite bothersome after everything I've been to in life. I'm doing great for myself why judge me now . The lady that knows me from Popeyes is great and so was the Indian lady about somebody was dead rude to me for the last 2 days and I did not appreciate it. Your pharmacy is great thank you

I have a 77-year-old mother who is on her deathbed and the pharmacist likes to play God even after the doctors have spoke to her repeatedly and spoken to me repeatedly over the same issue if the doctor is issuing something and you’ve already spoken to them there should be no reason for you to second-guess it again and there should be no reason for you to take it out on this poor innocent 77-year-old lady Who just had surgery to save her life. I should not have to jump through hoops because someone has a power trip I can see having to explain it once, but to have to continue to explain to the same person & it be about the same issue this is now redundant and becoming extremely ridiculous if I’m trying to help her, enjoy the rest of her days That should not be something that you get to dictate.NO MAYTER WHAT!!!! Her doctors are aware of her circumstances and what’s going on with her. I shouldn’t have to explain it to you repeatedly SOOOO respectfully it needs to stop or I’m filing complaints because this is ridiculous.

I have had good experiences with them getting medications on time and with good prices. Heaven forbide you should ask them to check on a price of a prescription after your new insurance started up. I couldn't believe how rude this person was saying and I quote " I WILL NOT " I honestly didn't think they were supposed to talk to customers this way and it's definitely not the first time.

Pharmacy was supposed to give us 90 count of the meds. When we called they said they made a mistake and gave us 30 and said to return and get it fixed. On the way back we discovered they actually gave us 27. Upon arrival we tried to explain our situation to Cindy. She completely cut me off and walked away. Not the appropriate response…Medication is life and death for some individuals. They need to take the safety of patients seriously. The lack of proper customer’s service was not very reassuring. How many people has this happened to and they run out of meds early and cannot get them refilled.
