I was sure it was something more involved but he started with the simple things first, and sure enough it was, because, “I don’t wanna charge anyone and have you spend a bunch of money for no reason”. “My truck broke down traveling home on I-75. AAA recommended towing to Carrsmith, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by Charles the service manager. He was very professional and explained to me in detail the tests that would be performed to diagnose the problem. I left to have lunch, and was texted & emailed from Charles throughout the day with updates on my truck. Charles was amazing, and considering the amount of work that was needed to repair my truck, it was repaired in a timely fashion and I was able to get home later that day! “I made a appointment here recommended by my brother. I took my Sequoia there about last Wednesday. I spoke to the lady and explained the issue about the fuel pump. Took a few days to have my car fixed. But I am so glad that they fix main issue I had with it because the other mechanic shop I went never solved it. Also, the others issues they found. She is friendly and called me about the update. Even though it cost me at least a lot, I am very content with it. This is the place I will go to whenever I have any issues with my vehicle in the future”
