“I had a run-in with a large plastic and wood box in my lane on Rt 75 (no option other than to hit and run over it). I left the highway and drove to Subaru of Gainesville, noting a rubbing sound and watching my gas gauge to be sure not punctured). Carla from Service department recognized me and greeted me with compassion and kindness. She got my car right in for an assessment. It was determined it would not be safe to drive so Carla assisted with the rental car process and transportation. She is top notch customer service, communicative and empathetic. Everyone there is excellent!!! I so appreciate being a customer at a fabulous dealership…thank you Carla!!!!

“I’ve been putting off this service because usually if I go in for even just an oil change or tire rotation, whatever shop I go to ends up keeping me there the entire day. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, spark plugs, replaced, wiper blades replaced, air filter changed, and I was in and out in 90 minutes and was able to work from their waiting room. They were very kind as well and patient with walking me through everything.”

“Been here a total of 4 times across 2 vehicles over the course of a year. Whether it’s replacing a valve stem on my tire, or ripping apart and putting in a new radiator they always do a great job. I drive/tow an hour to come here because I know they’ll take care of whatever I bring them!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop genuinely deserves one. I brought them my 2005 Chevy Colorado for a full engine rebuild, and from start to finish they were honest, patient, and treated me with respect the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.
And trust me, I know I probably got a little buggy at times after waiting months and constantly checking in, but they were always patient and kind with me anyway. They never acted annoyed, never brushed me off, and always took the time to explain things honestly.
After the rebuild they even caught a transmission tail shaft seal leak and a weak belt tensioner before giving the truck back to me, which saved me from bigger problems later. Most shops would’ve ignored it or waited for me to find out the hard way. These guys actually care about the work they do.
What stood out to me the most was their honesty, patience, and the trust they showed me. That level of understanding is rare nowadays, and it meant a lot to me.
When I finally heard my truck running again after 7 months, it sounded incredible. Smooth, strong, and healthy. You can tell these guys take real pride in their work.
I can honestly say this is the kind of shop that earns lifelong customers. I’ll always come back to them and I’ll recommend them to anyone who wants honest work done right.
