They're AAHA certified, have a super cute hospital, all the front desk staff and technicians are super nice, the doctors are great as well! Plus I feel their appointment availability is great. “I love this place personally. All of my cats come here. Loki, Lucky, Mac n Cheese and a very good friend of mine’s cat, Mr. Murder Mittens comes here. And I took a very long drive from Middleburg to bring Murder Mittens to them. They are also so helpful, give advise, suggestions, estimates, and do not pressure you at all. They give honest opinions. I don’t what’s up with some of these bad reviews, but this place is solid regardless of the pricing. You’re paying for awesome service for the fur babies. Like they say, you get what you pay for. And I’ve been very happy. Keep up the awesome job there!”

“Took my dog in for a possible CCL injury. After the examination, they were able to do the surgery the same day. IVS was great! The surgery was successful, and my dog did have a complete tear of his CCL. I can't say enough good things about the staff at IVS. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.(Update) Having had 7 dogs over the past 20 yrs (and just back in Dec 2022), my dog which had the TPLO done at IVS has made the fastest recovery of all of them. Simply amazing. I strongly recommend Dr Neihaus with IVS.”

“We had to bring in our 9 week old pup when our cat scratched him on the eye. It was already late at night but they saw us as soon as we got in! Staff was really nice and friendly, despite the late hour. They were able to get him checked out and prescribe us medications for him within an hour. I'm so thankful that they are a 24 hour vet so he didn't have to wait until the next morning to get looked at!”
