“Dr. Navarro was kind, gentle, and informative from the moment I met her. I came in with my kitty who has some unusual medical history. We were looking at the possibility of mammary cancer. I came here for a second opinion after a disastrous visit elsewhere. Dr. Navarro didn't sugar coat anything or give me false hope, but was pragmatic and cautious. She helped me see to the end a stressful situation that ultimately ended up on a positive note. My kitty is perfectly healthy. Dr. Navarro went above and beyond. She will be our vet for life.”

We first brought him in at 16 years old with a severe eye infection, and they treated us with the utmost kindness and compassion. Just two months later, his other eye developed the same issue right as we got into town. Despite their busy surgery schedule, they squeezed him in immediately for a second emergency eyeball removal. They saved our little guy twice, and because of their exceptional care, we will gladly make the drive from South Florida to bring all four of our small dogs here for all their veterinary needs.”

I honestly would not trust the care of my babies with anyone else. This practice is top notch, I could not recommend them any higher. “Would be 5 stars but they cancelled on me the day before for my previous appointment. I rescheduled for the next week. It was a bit difficult to figure out where to go in the store for vaccinations but after asking the cashier, she led me to the correct section. The vaccination itself went smoothly. They were endearing to my kitten and the vaccination was quick and the process was efficient. Wish I had known about these vaccinations before spending double (maybe triple) this amount at a local vet for other vaccinations.”

From the first moment we called, everyone we spoke with was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. During a frightening time for our family, we always felt that Daisy was in capable hands and surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her, her comfort, and her recovery. The communication was exceptional. We received multiple phone calls updating us on Daisy’s condition, her test results, her surgery, and how she was doing afterward. Every update helped us understand what was happening and reassured us that our girl was receiving the best possible care. We are especially grateful to faculty clinician Theresa Pancotto, resident/intern clinicians Eva Ruzics, and Katy Walrond, and student Savannah Christens. “Our rare and wonderful Seppala Siberian Sleddog Lady underwent major surgery removing tumored left kidney and spleen , malignant left adrenal gland, and partial removal of liver cancerous tumor. The surgical team, techs, and staff all outstanding. She is now in continuing care with UF oncology for the bit of liver tumor that could not be removed and monitoring for possible other cancers. They’ve given quality of life and hope for our treasured fur family member.”
