“We bought a 2012 Kia Soul from this dealership in April 2026 at an excellent price. So far, we have had no mechanical issues with the vehicle. The first thing we did when we got it home—after driving 4.5 hours to get it—was change the oil and spark plugs, thoroughly clean the car, and check the engine. The engine was very clean, and the car has been a blessing. It runs like a charm!
Today, we replaced the crankshaft sensor. But honestly, what do people expect when buying a used vehicle? I see reviews from people complaining because they have to put some money into a used car. People, you are buying a USED vehicle, and you are getting it at a very low price.
I have been checking dealerships all over Florida, and in my experience, this dealership offers one of the better deals for your money. If you don't want to put any money into a vehicle right away, then go buy a brand-new car and pay the price for a brand-new car.
I don't think it is fair to give these guys a bad review simply because you had to replace some parts on a USED vehicle. That is just crazy and, honestly, very unfair.
We are actually getting ready to buy a second vehicle from them. Yes, we will be driving another 4.5 hours to Tavares to purchase another USED vehicle from this dealership. That should tell you how satisfied we are with our experience!
