The staff is so nice. Eventhough inventory is low the store does have more space to move around.

The place is low stocked items and the people at the supermarket door are rude and nasty.My husband is a veteran and we go together. What is the problem with his wife entering without an ID. I’m. Not purchasing anything because he is the one that matters.

The Navy Exchange has been struggling lately. This location is a prime example why. The staff are \\\"typical\\\" government employees. They just don't give a f#$k. They don't offer any assistance and if you ask they are rude and bothered that you have the nerve to ask. The merchandise stock is getting less and less here. I often wonder if they intend to close this location. If they do it's thanks to the employees. The cashier process is painful and slow. I try to use the Exchange as often as I can because it's important for MWR but the staff here make it quite difficult. I needed help today in Electronics but the 2 staff that were assigned to this section were playing games and checking emails on the display computers.

This Mayport gem is smaller than its NAS JAX cousin, but we found better bargains here, as well as brands not seen at the larger exchange. If you love HUK brand, Mayport has it. I found Spartina bags for nearly 70% off on the clearance shelf. The selection of beach wear is great, including lined lifeguard hats. They had a bin of festive Christmas games for stocking stuffers, priced at 90% off. Spend some time browsing and you'll be happy with what you find.

I'm a bit dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided pertaining to the PS5's. I ended up winning their raffle to purchase a PS5. They told me that I had 24 hours to purchase it. I told them that I was currently TAD to Norfolk, VA and I'd be back on Friday. They said "Sorry we can only hold it for 24 hours"... Seriously??? You guys act like you're there for the service member, but when the service member is deployed or TAD it's just a "sorry we can't help you".
