Very upset finding out certain things about my auto loan.I first came here to pickup my promissory note which was informed good deal (correctly) and specifically I could return to make down payment to make monthly payments easier- within first 60 days. I returned at Atlantic location within this window after purchasing new car and waited to be told could not do this by a loan agent up here. I have now spoke with a couple employees at navy federal in loan dept all telling me that I am allowed to make a down payment within first 60 days but yet I was told no at this location.

Horrible experience. Was switching to NF and deposited all of my money from another bank (in person). Teller told it would be available in two business days. Received email stating that for "my protection" they were going to hold it for 5 business days, which will be over 10 days due to weekends and holiday. Said it was because it was a large amount. I would have written 10 smaller checks or staggard it if I had known I would have access to my money for so long. Totally unacceptable.

I am trying to call the 1888 number for Navy Federal Credit Union and it says it's a non-working number I'm not very happy right now. I'm trying to do my telebanking.

Navy federal has gone down hill. They accept anyone to use their bank. Also they give zero advice on filing taxes with your business account. I'll go elsewhere that'll provide a bit of assistance....

Gretchen really helped me allot, as a young guy that’s very ignorant with cashier checks and just banking in general she explained and really made sure my transactions were done correctly an I didn’t make a mistake because no doubt I was about to make one. There was all kinds of people coming in with different questions an she was multitasking my situation and helping other people. I was super embarrassed I don’t know some of these simple tasks but I learned today haha! Thank you Gretchen allot!

First time in navy federal in over a year. They are still masking their employees and making customers as well. How much longer they'll continue to treat employees and customers like animals remains to be seen. We will be looking for other options. This entire state is open, the govt here has ended mandates, so what exactly is this branch trying to do? Other than dehumanize people at this point? I guess that's the thanks but no thanks for your service they're conveying to my family.
