The CubeSmart's Manager, Anthony was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable during my 11/18/2025 visit to the CubeSmart located at 2323 Mayport Road at Pan Am, Atlantic Beach, FL. Anthony took the time and effort with me to determine the proper size of the storage unit for its intended purpose, and to physically show me the three (3) 10' X 10' storage units that he determined to be available. I conveyed this information by text message directly to my active duty U.S. Navy son (the prospective renter) whose military duties prevented him from being with me at the time of my visit. Anthony subsequently provided a 2nd tour of the same three 10' X 10' units for my son who was finally off-duty in the late afternoon to make a choice. Anthony's good work allowed my son to acquire a much-needed storage unit in a timely and convenient manner. GREAT FOR MILITARY!!! I set my account up online and by the next morning they had my unit ready and a lock already in it by the time i came by that day. Anthony cleaned up my unit and prepared it and did great!
