“I would like to respond to Donovan Hart's review. Mr. Hart called and said that he purchased a speaker box 3 months ago and the speakers are now smoking. These speakers, and all car audio that we sell, are demonstrated in the store to the customers satisfaction. If the car audio is improperly installed or played at a level not intended for the speakers the voice coil can be damaged. All new products have a factory warranty, Mr. Donovan can contact the manufacturer but, unfortunately, the warranty is voided if there is misuse.”
