I’ve been going to this store since they first opened and since day one I’ve noticed that they watch and follow black people. Old employees and new employees. They all do the same. Not sure if this is what they’re taught in training but it’s not very nice to be watched every single time you enter the store

The Atlantic Beach store is great! Rob is the most wonderful groomer! Referred several family members & friends to him. Staff friendly. Coupons & sales make shopping for our many fur kids fun and frequent!

Very impressed with this pet supply store. The sales and reward system is great and always competitively or better priced than other competitors and their service and personnel are always helpful and have the best attitude. Absolutely go here if you live nearby over the other two big ones!

This has been my go-to store since it opened. The past year or so I have had to branch out to the "other" pet stores. The small pet section is usually mostly empty shelves/hooks. Some visits the Oxbow brand food is empty. The frustrating thing is that no one there seems to know what is going on. When I ask if they have any in the back or when they get it I am faced with a blank stare and the same answer. "If we have it, it would be out". Twice this week I have been in for Oxbow Vitamin C tablets. After my first attempt I was told that a truck was coming in that afternoon and to check back. I went back yesterday to the empty shelf again. That's okay, I am on my way to Petsmart now to get them. Do better Pet Supplies Plus!

Great place to shop for my two GSD. They carry the products that my puppies love and, in general, they are available.
Extremely nice and helpful staff, it is a pleasure to deal with them!
