Jon was great! Took my baby to get her ears pierced, and he made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Explained everything to me and reassured me when I called to double check, lol. Most definitely recommend Pure Imagination Arts!

Awesome place very clean. Walks and talks to through every step of the way before doing it. Jon studio is a 10/10 spends time to you talking to you about the after care with your ears. 10/10 would highly recommend it.

Just got my infant daughters’ ears pierced. Super friendly and professional. He also did awesome helping me entertain my two year old while we were busy getting everything done. You leave feeling very informed and well taken care of. Definitely worth it!

There's a reason why this piercing place has the best reviews in town. Jon is an expert at his craft and masterfully shares his knowledge. Setting up an appointment online was easy and they had openings within a day or two. The store is clean, exceedingly hygienic and very organized. I went in to swap out the jewelry for a nostril piercing I had done 5 years ago in Tennessee and Jon even knew exactly the shop and piercer I had went to. Pure Imagination has the best selection of high quality jewelry and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, a simple shiny rose gold flat disc. Jon expertly changed out my piercing for the new jewelry and downsized post and explained how I could clean and swap out my jewelry in the future. He was very professional and helpful and this is definitely the piercing place to go to in Jax!

Jon was great with my 12 yr old, was very patient with her, and took the time to explain everything to both of us before piercing her ears. Was less stress (for me) than when she got her first set done at Claire's. Highly highly highly recommend going to a professional piercer over a booth in the mall. My dramatic 12 yr old didn't kick up a fuss at all? Costs more than Claire's, but the care and attention you receive is well worth it.
