“If you have access, this place has it all. It's like Lowe's, Best Buy, ABC, and Penny's had a genetically modified baby. What you get for the price here makes me want to rent a Uhaul and max out my Visa. Be prepared to wait in line for check out, though. People spend half a day here looking for all the deals.”

“I really love this Home Depot location. It’s one of my go-to stores whenever I need tools, materials, or anything for home projects. The store is usually well organized, and I can typically find what I need without too much trouble.
The staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, whether it’s finding products or getting advice on the right materials for a job. That makes a big difference when you’re in the middle of a project.
There’s also a great selection of tools, equipment, and home improvement supplies, and I like that they usually keep popular items in stock. The self-checkout and regular checkout options both make the process pretty smooth.
Overall, this is a solid, reliable store that makes home improvement work a lot easier. I always leave satisfied and ready to get back to whatever project I’m working on.”

“It has everything needed for a shopping plaza except some of the management at certain have changed the store from courteous exchanges to why are you talking to me! They can't even keep up with their own advertised specials and shelf products pricing.”

The shopping options are truly great, providing something for every taste and budget. Beyond retail, the Town Center boasts an equally great selection of fantastic restaurants, including both upscale dining establishments and casual eateries. It is an ideal spot for a full day out, easily transitioning from shopping to dinner or a casual date night.
The center provides a large amount of parking, which is a necessity given the size and popularity of the destination. However, the one consistent drawback is the sprawl of the complex. Due to the size of the parking lots, you often have to walk a significant distance from your car to the specific store you are visiting, especially during peak hours. Be prepared to walk a lot, but the sheer variety of stores and high-quality dining options make the trek worthwhile.”
“All the Publix staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are amazing and they're on top of everything. This Publix feels more like a neighborhood store to me than a big name brand.”
“Generally excellent restaurants with an array of styles dominate the Beaches town center. They include perennial stalwarts like flying iguana for modern Mexican. Mezze for Mediterranean food. Also Sliders, North Beach Fish camp, and relatively newer spots like Dora, The Local and Hawkers Asian street food and Coop 303. Of course for ice cream there's always Whits.
They're also some cafés for visits earlier in the day, such as le Petit Paris and Southern Grounds.

“I’m a regular here and a huge “Dino fan” - he takes care of doing cuts and color for me. He’s excellent at listening to specific requests and is able to work wonders with what you’ve got! Dino consistently delivers what clients need from their hairdresser and professional hair stylist! He’s great with his clients - so people oriented, very talented, and loves his work “doing” hair! Worth the time and cost - you’ll become a fan too!”
“An array of mostly local shops anchored by a Walmart neighborhood store which is essentially the grocery and pharmacy parts of that business. Selection is extremely limited for anything else.
The Italian restaurant here is highly regarded by most locals. However, to Italians report that it is pretty good but quite overpriced. Cleaners are good and reliable.”

“The best Marshall's I've been to in the surrounding areas. It's very clean and well organized. They have a huge assortment of makeup, perfume, shoes and clothing. The clearance sections are always fun. I think they're perfect for Holiday or gift shopping. You can always find something there at a reasonable price.”

“Tradewinds has two essential government offices (Clerk of Court and Tax Collector) located in this shopping center, along with a variety of shops and Wipeouts, a local restaurant and bar.
Motor vehicle registration and drivers license renewals, services, etc. are at the tax collectors office. The Clerk of Courts office provides for filing most county court documents and paying traffic fines. Both of the government offices have waiting systems that will give you updates on your place in the queue and tell you when it's your turn through mobile messages.
There's often enough time to have Wipeouts' awesome wings and a beer while you wait!
Easy access from and to Atlantic Blvd eastbound, though no easy and safe ingress or egress to Atlantic Blvd (State Road 10) westbound is available. When entering from westbound Atlantic Blvd, pass the shopping center and use the traffic signals at Mayport Road under the overpass to execute a safe U-turn. When leaving, to safely return to Atlantic Blvd westbound, turn right to the east, and proceed a few blocks to the traffic signal where a dedicated turn lane allows for a safe U-turn.”
“Always a pleasant visit, but i learned that if you're but gift cards for any reason and if you have money on you Chick-fil-A App. You can not use the money on your app, you must use credit, debit or cash. That to me makes absolutely no sense, why in the world can you not use the app to buy food, but not a gift card? I would recommend this store, cooperate needs to get thier act together..”
“This shopping plaza has a few good restaurants, a massage parlor, and a CVS. They are currently (4/24) remodeling the Publix, and I'm excited for it to reopen!!”
