“EXCEPTIONAL customer service from everyone who works there and recently - Nick. Amazing storage facility with top of the line security and indoor units. I had many items, including antiques and crystal items, as well as clothing and furniture for 7 months and everything was in pristine condition. No dust, no bugs, no weather damage - simply perfection. I could not recommend this storage facility location more to everyone and will use again if needed. I’ve already referred 2 very happy customers as well. I’ve traveled the world for work for 4-6 months at a time and moved across the country 30+ times utilizing many poor to great storage unit facilities and this one is simply out of the league exceptional in every way from start to finish.I was even able to book the storage unit from California on the phone and had a family member store my belongings that were being held by my father in Florida until I moved back to Jacksonville and they made it so simple and easy to do and even corresponded via text to help me set it all up, WITH follow up confirmation calls. These professionals do things right! This is the golden grail of storage facilities and I could not be more happy with my experience as their patron.”

“Update.... Took 3 days but refund went through. Staff was great!!!Driver side sun visor clip broken. Told attendants about it. However when I checked it back in @9pm using the online service, someone (temp employee?) entered the wrong gas level as FULL TANK when I started with a little less than 1/2 tank gas and got charged $79 gas fee resulting in a $144 charge. This location DID refund me the fuel charge, but as of today it still shows $144 pending charge on my card.(refunded after they settled credit cards machine 5 days later) The staff at this location is AWESOME. Very professional and attentive.”

I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”

“Ray Adieh is the best. I don't know why there are any bad reviews for this business, but I was 110% satisfied with the assistance he provided with my problem. In April, I was staying in Jacksonville for a couple nights on my way down to Sarasota from Augusta, Georgia. I found out I needed the vehicle I had for two weeks instead of one. I had to extend my rental an extra week which meant changing the drop off from Sarasota airport the next day to Tampa airport a week later. I thought this was going to be a real problem logistically and monetarily until Ray took over. In 5 minutes, he not only printed out my new contract for the extended week, he got me the same price I paid on the original contract with no extra charge for switching drop off locations. I found out from talking to Ray that he had extensive experience in prior employment in the field of "logistics" (perfect for his present position). It was also good to find out he was a Budget Independent Operator which means he had a vested interest in customer satisfaction. Thanks again, Ray.”
