I tend to believe these storages make BIG BUCKS on their rates, but that aside, a swipe card to get in, excellent service( the floor was SUPER sticky in my 1st unit..Ashley changed my unit IMMEDIATELY and brought me new paperwork!!! I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”
