“Pick up of moving truck was very smooth and simple. Even though the last person who rented the truck returned it with 1/16th of a tank of fuel, the staff member gave me a $26 credit to fill it up to 1/4 of a tank. Staff member was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.”

They were extremely helpful when we needed to remove a handicap hitch that had been installed on his car. Unfortunately, my father had lost the key to the hitch, but that didn’t stop Jade! She thought outside the box, came up with an alternative solution, and made sure the hitch was safely removed.

I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”

“My van broke down right off of exit 262b and I called this uhaul on a holiday weekend at 12:30. Lauren answered the phone and was the MOST HELPFUL AMAZING HUMAN. She gave us directions to pick up the car trailer and told us if we couldn't find the building to call and she would flag us down. Lauren helped us hook the trailer up, make sure the lights were working, and was so pleasant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this uhaul and how helpful Lauren has been to us.”
