I just wanna say thank you for the great customer service Brandi and being kind I came in almost 5 o’clock January 11. what a difference in attitude and customer service. I usually don’t go to Mayport because of Anthony and how Rude he is and how his Supervisors / manager whoever he knows has fostered a hostile environment at Mayport post office but it was definitely refreshing working with the Brandi and another young lady that were on and there was definitely a difference in the atmosphere. thank you for great customer service

I wish I can rate this place with -5 stars. Is the only place that can never find my address delivered. I have lost the count of how many package I have not received for they fault. They are not only SO Incompetent, they don't have even the decency to hold the package at least for 24 hours and give us the chance of doing they work and pick up the packages. I hope I can find a way that nothing of mine is ever send here again, or I hope they shut down this awful place 🙏🏼. Evidently they pay the delivery workers here for nothing.

The post man has not been picking up my mail or delivering any mail. I haven't even seen a mail truck in the neighborhood. My question is WHY?

Worst post office that I've been to or maybe they are all to this standard now in florida... You get attitude and slow service but probably not the correct service.

Dropped my package off up there, over a month later it still doesn’t show as being scanned in or dropped off or anything. I go up there to fill out a missing mail form, but the address is international so I’m not sure how to fill out that part of the form. Worker named John was so rude and cut me off before I can even get the question out loudly and rudely saying “WE AREN’T TRAINED ON THOSE”!! So you’re telling me you aren’t trained to input an international address? Isn’t that what you guys do every day with customs forms??? Was just so shocked and off putting how someone so rude and negative can still have a job there. He was rude to the next lady in line as well to the point where she ended up yelling at him. Government workers do the most and are immune to punishment. I know customers can be rude and awful but I definitely wasn’t and if you don’t know how to interact with people you shouldn’t be working a customer SERVICE job. Same goes for Anthony. Just interacted with him and he was snatching my packages out of my hand, being rude to me, and when I clicked “print and email” my receipt he changed it to “print only” which I don’t think they are allowed to do? Both of these men need to be fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would. While I was waiting in line, I witnessed the employee at the front desk, (named Anthony) get into an argument with 4 customers before me. I try to be nice to everyone I interact with, as I was with him, asking how his day was, since I could tell he was getting into it with prior customers. I wanted to help his day get a little better, but clearly the issue was just him. He proceeded to tell me my ID was insufficient for what I was attempting to do. Which is bs because I have done business transactions there for weeks, and only with Anthony did I have an issue. And he was extremely rude, not only to me, but to the 4 customers before me. I respect the USPS with the highest regard, but you need to do better hiring in your office on Mayport. He was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and incompetent. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to avoid going to this post office from now on.
Save your self time, and go to a different post office, vibes are wack, and the employees are rude.

ive never had a -roblem here at all. the employees are kind and work hard. ive have seen that the demographic of customers who come in are very entitled and rude thus making for an all around hostile environment

They are not delivering the email to my address for three days, and if you go to complaint about, the counter clerk treats you with rudeness attitude. I asked the clerk for the postmaster, and he said the right person to talk is him because he is the supervisor. The excuse was that in my address section people do not received mail that often. I checked with my neighbor, and she received mail yesterday. I even showed copies of the USPS informed delivery, and he said that that information is generated from the internet of a general office in the United States. The USPS informed delivery is not accurate. I am expecting important health insurance mail that I see on the report received on my email but, they cannot give any information about.

Customers’ concerns were heard and this location shifted staff around. Every clerk who is at the counter now is very nice, helpful, greet you with a smile. Thank you for listening! Special shout out to John! You rock, man!

I came in extremely stressed about a missing package today. The gentleman at the desk eased my worries and helped me locate it in seconds. He was calm cool and collected and I appreciated his customer service! He was by far the friendliest person I have met at a post office.
