The rudeness of the weekend counter employee is terrible. Would only except envelopes with Forever stamps. He said that the other(though unused U.S. Postage) was not valid. I had to take my envelope all the way to the main post office, of which the said he was incorrect, that I had valid postage on the envelope, and theyaccepted it. I also asked to see his supervisor, and he said hewas the supervisor. Very very rude.

The worst person to work for in a postal office. This is the second time I have tried to resolve a question and he always treats me badly and doesn't help he is hateful, or even lets us talk. While Anthony is not working you will have help.

Judging by the numerous other complaints here, rudeness is just the way this post office works. There's no wonder people prefer UPS and FedEx. I will be going there next time. The post office in Mayport is miserable.

Been coming here for years never had any issues ever, was always wondering why the star rating was so low. Now I understand. The attitude and condescending speech of the employees is flat out offensive. Do better

I use this post office a lot and have only had one problem with the postal worker being rude. It was a male who was filling in for one of the regular staff, who are mostly women. Otherwise, the staff are courteous and friendly...

All reviews talking about lack of customer service are true.I witnessed an employee walk away from a couple that was shipping about 5 packages, and he never came back. They ended up just getting back in the line.Witnessed another employee get in an argument with another customer.I won't dive into the specifics that I personally encounterd but I'll just say that the employee was quite rude.The self service kiosk at this location was also out of order, so that contributed to the long line. I personally prefer to use the kiosk that way I don't have to deal with the rude employees that I had to today.The actual location itself needs a refresh. All the lights were dim, place was super unorganized. I couldn't believe that I was in what is considered a federal building.

Everyone who "works" at this location is 1 star better than a box of wet cats. Though the cats became nicer after drying off.

Have lost 5 of my packages within a month. Each time something says out for delivery there’s never more updates. I hate that people send packages to through usps instead of ups & fedex.

Customer service is not very professional and the employees act like they hate their job. Not a very enjoyable place to go into, but sometimes a necessary one. Maybe one of these days they'll prove me wrong.

I can’t tell if Anthony is rude or just really really efficient. I’m gonna go with efficient talks fast gets ya in and gets ya out. There were six people in front of me. I stood in line for a minute a minute. Dude is a stud. I can only imagine how crazy it is with it being the holiday season. Homie was killing it!

The big dude, Anthony, was killing it! Line was moving so fast and he made everything crystal clear when I had any questions. Definitely cut this man some slack. There was so few people working behind the counter, and at THIS time of year, oh man, they'll need all the patience in the world for all those customers...Thanks again, Anthony!
