Worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever used- And these will be the last refills the ever fill. They never have my son’s meds in stock- Despite him getting them filled there for two years. I have had to learn to decrease his meds at the end of the month just so he wouldn’t go through withdrawals at 11-years old- which is totally unfair to him and his mental health.
Really sad and highly unreliable.
Pharmacists are nice enough- but this is unacceptable.

How do you know who is working there? No one was in uniform. I work for this company and was embarrassed to go to this location. The employees made me wonder how they got hired. The cashier up front literally bypassed my cash rewards. I had to ask her to let me use my rewards.

10 min before 11, they are all locked up. I guess its not really important to stay open the entire posted hours if you're ready to go home.

Went there 15 mins ago for an exchange of a propane gas tank, the guy that was in the counter was going to do it for me and i guess a manager or someone that works there said she couldn’t do it after 9:00 because it was a fire hazard. So i was thinking about the difference of 9:00pm and 8:00pm, doesn’t the fire department work 24 hrs in Atlantic Beach or they close at 9:00? So i ended up going to Neptune Beach and i exchanged my propane gas tank at another location and never mentioned anything about a fire hazard, smh. People are so insane Lord!!!

Ok I make a 9:45 appointment for a test they accept me tell me to have a seat only to tell me 30 minutes later we don't have anyone here that knows how to administer the test...why exactly was I sitting in a lobby waiting for 30 minutes then?
The time I was there I listened to the lady behind the counter gossiping to the pharmacist about her rude interaction with an elderly gentleman just moments earlier....how she didn't care if he understood if she couldn't give him a prescription price he could wait an hour until the prescription is filled or go somewhere else...very unprofessional and uncaring of their customers time!

Came in to grab a few things from Walgreens. I actually came in twice to grab a few things from Walgreens. Both times the cashier Dylan had a great attitude and was just a pleasure to be around. I think him for the experience and I think Walgreens for giving him a job to allow me to have that experience.

Audreal (sorry if spelled wrong) the pharmacist has the most amazing customer service. She is always helpful, friendly and is just a complete joy every time, I have the pleasure of her being on shift. She is the only reason I still use this location!

Pharmacy staff is not even close to what you would expect of pharmacy staff… I’ve been lied too many times now. The first lie was your script is out of stock and on back order, offered no help AT ALL… got home and they call me that my scrip is ready. Drive back up there and it’s magically not out of stock anymore… This past time was we don’t have a scrip in your name, call my doctor she said it’s definitely there and resent it over, then they let me know they can’t fill it and I’ll have to go somewhere else… you can’t fill it? Or you don’t have my scrip? It’s on back order? Or it’s ready? I thought pharmacist were supposed to provide not only medication but care for the patients as well. Absolute trash. I will never in my life come back here and trust me this isn’t the last time you’ll hear from me. I’ve found the owner through some research, have a good freind of mine that works for the FDA and will be in contact with the BBB. Can’t believe instead of being professional and having a conversation with me, we are just blatantly lying to customers… that is all. Find a new career if you don’t feel like helping people get what they need.
