Came in to grab a few things from Walgreens. I actually came in twice to grab a few things from Walgreens. Both times the cashier Dylan had a great attitude and was just a pleasure to be around. I think him for the experience and I think Walgreens for giving him a job to allow me to have that experience.

Audreal (sorry if spelled wrong) the pharmacist has the most amazing customer service. She is always helpful, friendly and is just a complete joy every time, I have the pleasure of her being on shift. She is the only reason I still use this location!

Pharmacy staff is not even close to what you would expect of pharmacy staff… I’ve been lied too many times now. The first lie was your script is out of stock and on back order, offered no help AT ALL… got home and they call me that my scrip is ready. Drive back up there and it’s magically not out of stock anymore… This past time was we don’t have a scrip in your name, call my doctor she said it’s definitely there and resent it over, then they let me know they can’t fill it and I’ll have to go somewhere else… you can’t fill it? Or you don’t have my scrip? It’s on back order? Or it’s ready? I thought pharmacist were supposed to provide not only medication but care for the patients as well. Absolute trash. I will never in my life come back here and trust me this isn’t the last time you’ll hear from me. I’ve found the owner through some research, have a good freind of mine that works for the FDA and will be in contact with the BBB. Can’t believe instead of being professional and having a conversation with me, we are just blatantly lying to customers… that is all. Find a new career if you don’t feel like helping people get what they need.

This Walgreens seems to make prescriptions quickly however, I have asked them 3-4 times to have my meds set at auto refill. I don’t need them all the time but when I do it’s urgent. ImI understand things happen and I’ve let it go so many times but this morning it happened again and ruined my morning. I had to wait an hour for the meds and I was 30 minutes late to work. If I didn’t plan for delays in my schedule I would have had to go without the meds and been very uncomfortable all day. Otherwise they’re a good pharmacy but it was very frustrating.

Made a mistake to given Walgreens Pharmacy another chance. Went to refill my prescription because my original pharmacist was sold out. When I got my script for Walgreens I noticed the pill was different. I asked "why" and when I was told it was from probably from a different manufacturer. Except that wasn't true. It was a substitute of the real prescription (even states it on the bottle). I tried to return it and they denied the return and said the script was right. I've had past incidents in the past with Walgreens. And this was my final learning lesson with their business.

Big thank you to Monique and the girl with the pinkish hair and spider nails (I don’t know her name) for helping me find a bubble wand for my niece. They could’ve easily told me they didn’t have it and sent me on my way but they found it for me and she was sooo happy. I wanted to highlight them in this review as a thank you!

I've been to many Walgreens locations, but this one seems to have the friendliest employees. Had to bring my children in for vaccines. They were very efficient and good with the kids.

Went to the drive through. Was behind another vehicle for 5 min. Got there at 545pm. Got to window at 550pm and the lady said were closed. I asked what time do you close she said 6pm. I said it's not 6 yet still have 10 min. She said by the time I get you prescription filled out it will be 6pm. She said I needed to go across town. The pharmaceutical guy said right. I could not hear her due to double ear infections. And her wearing a mask using a phone. I told my wife . She called the other Walgreens they were closed. I walked in 5 after 6 and the pharmaceutical hands me a print out. When all said and done .its all could of been done and and out door by 6. Andy is pharmacist and britney additude.

There was a 2 limit policy in place for paper towels. My wife grabbed 2 and I grabbed 2. The attendant, Sherry, was very disrespectful as she attempted to stop my wife and I from purchasing 2 Paper towels apiece as if we weren't 2 separate ppl. She literally called a manager as if we were cheating the system! Thank God the manager appreciated our business and came to help the poor older woman who was distraught over a husband and wife over riding the 2 limit system. The manager deserves 5 stars, but Sherry, you only deserve 1. In this case the customer was right!

I don’t recommend Walgreens period you prices are double the other pharmacies including good rx. Ridiculous and you can’t deny it because we pulled up all the other pharmacies . Mabe that’s why rite aid went out of business hopefully people won’t continue to beat your prices or you’ll be gone too.

For the management; I live down the street on base and just want to say that I don't think there's been a single time I came in where I wasn't greeted. So everyone is doing great there. Also, nice beer selection!

My mother was discharged from the hospital. Medications were sent to Walgreens. One of the meds was insulin. Insulin was added because my mother is also prescribed prednisone (a sugar increasing med). This was the first time my mother was prescribed insulin. My mother picked up the med and asked me to help administer. When I pull the contents she had 3 insulin pens and no needles. my mother's sugar at 320, over 399 requires an ER visit. I immediately called Walgreens but it had just closed. We were about to go to the ER when my mother called her friend and luckily he had the needles required. When I went to Walgreens in the morning they washed there hands of any wrong "the doctor had to order the needles" they said, but I can be sold the needles without a prescription.... They should know with insulin it must me injected so needles ARE REQUIRED. Walgreens is a pharmacy and insulin needing needles is common knowledge. The doctor may have been an oversight and Walgreens also but the way they handled the situation when I presented the problem just tells me that Walgreens is all about speed of getting to the next customers and profits. They refused to call the doctor to get an prescription for the needles so insurance can cover the cost. I asked for the manager the three times, got the pharmacy, asked for manager the fourth time the pharmacist told me the manager will be in later tonight, this was at 10:25 am on Monday 7/20/2020. End of story they make the quick sale of insulin but do not care if have needles to get the life saving drug in your body. When confronted they wash their hands of the problem and DO NOT offer any assistance.
