Bank is a little challanging based on the direction of travel you are coming from. Parking lot is nice size. ATM is a small walk from Handicap parking spots. When I walked inside, 2 employees were in the 1st desk cube on the right and looked at me but did not welcome, waited in line and when teller finished, she walked away for a few seconds before inviting me to window. Overall, very easy in and out visit. Customer service when arriving was non existent and seems employees were busy with tasks and not customers

Tried to cash a Wells Fargo personal check. They wouldn’t cash it and told me I had to send the check back. Not a fan of this bank and won’t be back.

After using this bank for many many years they have now decided to place a hold on a check that has never been done previously. The problem is the reasoning they're giving for the hold as well as the amount of time the check is being placed on hold are inconsistent and don't make any sense. When trying to resolve this issue, both in person at this branch and by calling the main Wells Fargo number, we are being treated like an annoyance instead of a valuable business customer of many years. We are going to be looking at closing our accounts as soon as we can and I highly recommend anyone using Wells Fargo does the same. If they're willing to treat a business account this bad I can only imagine the poor service that personal accounts receive. Even Wells Fargo does reach out to rectify this issue, it shouldn't require public shaming for them to take care of their customers.I'm editing this after the owner replied below. I refuse to spend additional time on my end trying to rectify a situation after spending so much time already. I guarantee if you had called your branch to look into this situation they could inform you of all of the relevant information as we have been there multiple times today. It shouldn't require me going on Google and posting a bad review just to receive acceptable customer service. We will be closing our accounts as soon as is viable for us and will move to another bank that values it's clients time and money. Thank you.

If you enjoy wasting valuable time in an extremely unorganized environment then this is the bank for you! I scheduled an appointment for 1pm yesterday and i come in only to be told i need to come back in at 2pm. Mind you there is literally not a single customer in the bank and multiple employees standing/sitting around. Would not reccomend. This is not how you are supposed to run a bank, i am extremely disappointed. Ill be banking elsewhere.

Staff are pleasant but I am truly stumped why it takes this branch significantly longer to do a transaction than any other bank I’ve ever been to. Recently moved to the beach so this is now my local, have given it 6 chances, each time it’s a minimum of 25 + minutes waiting (been times I’ve been in there almost an hour). Drove up to the drive through today, only one other car waiting great this should be quick, nope. In future will now be driving to my old branch miles away just to have a speedier experience! Retrain staff, hire more hands, do something people!

I tried to open an account here today for my new buisness and I was treated like a second-class citizen by Terry Hendry. I will not be returning and would never recommend my friends to try this location due to Terry Hendrys customer service. I’ve never received such cold heartless customer service in my life.

My experience with the staff at this location was nothing short of Magnificent. Both Bank tellers were very kind, efficient, and upbeat. Also, Loan Officer and/or Bank Specialist Heather Mooney is without a doubt on top of her game. Super informative, very professional, superb customer service and attitude. When dealing with sensitive, private, high risk info - you must feel comfortable and be made familiar with what has happened with your account, what is happening, and whats going to happen (including broken down figures and in lamen terms - life examples) before making such a heavy financial decision. Heather, thank you very much, you rock! And THANK YOU staff at Wells Fargo Atlantic Beach location. Cheers

Had a couple consultations in the past about building my credit and they were able to help me get on the right track. Issues in the news make me nervous sometimes but I've had mostly positive experiences with Wells Fargo, personally.

I don't know why someone would consider rating this location as a one star because of the bank closing at 4 pm. There are about 4 other Wells Fargo banks within 1 to 5 miles of the Atlantic Beach Wells Fargo......Anyways I would like to give credit when credit is due. I go to this bank weekly to deposit checks and every lady in there is always super nice, helpful and friendly. They have always provided me with excellent customer service. They all seem to enjoy their job and do not act like they're miserable doing their job. Which I GREATLY appreciate since there is nothing more than a sour taste in your mouth when there's someone pissed to do their own job! Love this bank!

What bank closes at 4:00 PM? I guess a 7 hour work day is a bit much to bare, especially in an enclosed, climate controlled facility. Won't bank here for that simple fact.
