I came down with shingles. This office is right next door to my cardiologist so I called to make an appointment. The girl told me 2 weeks. I told her I had shingles and you want me to suffer that long. She said oh well there's nothing I can do. Maybe you should say you're not taking new patients at this time. I would understand that

Dr. Dock and staff ask if I have concerns, answer all questions and provide a very thorough examination. It is a good experience in a spotless office.

Dr. Lampuri is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She spends a lengthy amount of time with you and is extra cautious. I highly recommend her and would want her on my side if anything were to become severe with my skin care.

semi yearly check-up. I have been seeing Dr Dock for over 20 years, and every visit has been prompt, professional, and over the years he has found several problems, including two melanoma and one other problem that had to be removed. All of which were successfully removed. I consider him a great dermotologist.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Dock, going to a dermatologist is never fun but he and his staff make it a not unpleasant experience. Two thumbs up!

It's not that I'm a prude or anything like that but when they discover a way to do a full body exam without you having to take off your clothes I'll certainly be a tad bit more comfortable in the office. The staff did all they could to make me as comfortable as they could and for the most part that worked out very well so thank you to all of them. I have a follow-up visit and just under two weeks I'll let you know how the whole thing came out and give a full review then. At this writing it looks like a fabulous place to get a Dermatological once over. Very clean very pleasant and even a couple of jokes were passed. A successful appointment.

I had a visit on 11/16/21 with a dermatologist by the name of Dr Dock His PA assistant was Lesley because my original Dr was booked up. I had to have a procedure done that required a biopsy which I thought was actually going to be performed by the Dr and not the PA who I thought was there to just gather information for the Dr .He was in there for a total of no more than 5 minutes to observe what she did and left .When I make an appt to see a Dr I expect to see the Dr and not his PA .As a result the biopsy was not healing right Not only that but I left the office and they did want even take the time to explain or give me instructions on how to take care of it afterwards it was found necessary by my present Dr to perform a 2nd biopsy and now is healing very well .because they gave me instructions a and provided me. with the necessary medications. I filed a complaint against the Dr and PA All they did was sent me an apologetic letter and didnt take any responsibility of what occurred. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Health and recieved a dissapointing letter in return that they ³could not do anything because the medical office did not violate any medical procedures So therefore after filing all that evidence that's its unfortunate that the patient does not have any recourse. I'm putting this on record to warn people do not see Dr Dock or his assistant . I'm sorry I have to give this office a poor rating because I had nothing against my former Dr Lampuri she deserves an excellent rating . I will not be returning to this office and have found an excellent Dr much more conveniently located. Be careful.and do your research before you make any Dr appointments. The only thing I did was put the co payment in dispute .

We were very satisfied with the visit. My 90 year old mom was treated with respect and kindness from both the doctor and staff.Calling office was difficult with long waits to get through.

My family has been using Dermatology Associates for nearly 20 years. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of service received over the years. Dr. Dock and the entire staff have always been professional. I have never felt rushed during office visits and Dr. Dock listens and addresses all of my concerns.
