One star is to much for this place no star is more like it.
You are watched and listen by the store owner while he is not there by the 10 cameras he put up.
You are not aloud to eat food that you paid for because you have to moving at all given times. If he sees you standing for to long he will text and tell you, you need to be doing something in the store..
Overall it is and unsafe environment for your mental health!

One of the worst customer service I have seen. 3.1 is too high for this establishment. If you buy tobacco products please double check because the very rude dark headed girl wil give you what you didn't ask for and then blame you, then the guy who looks like he just got out of bed will cuss at you then call you out of line. I'm soooo grateful I will never have to see them again and tell everyone to avoid that head ache...thank goodness there are way better options, bathrooms were filthy as well. I wish the owner good luck, they will need it

What is going on here, new owners? New management?
3 nights in a row, no cups, go borrow some from your corporate brother down the road.
Last night $1.69 Arizona and a .99 cookie cost, $3.95.
Night before $2.00 drink cost, $4.25.
Couple days ago gas pumps shut down completely on me.
1 is understandable, all of that, it's nonsense.

One of the absolute most embarrassing places I have worked all I can say is don’t waste your time going to this 7/11 unfortunately management sucks and you will be waiting 10/15 for any customer service if anything. The amount of filth in this store is insane the only reason they pass corporate walk through is because they clean the store day prior to the visit. There are a few great employees however the manager and owner are running the store in the most horrific way.

This is the best 7/11 I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the selection of snacks and tobacco products are abundant. Whoever is running this store does an amazing job

I’ve been trying to reach someone for the last 30 min dialing the stores number to notify them I’ve ordered Uber eats and I ordered a bake ready pizza trying to inform them to put in oven….?no luck phone has been busy for the past 30 mins now

I been in auburndale since 2018, this place was awesome, fresh food , clean organized. but it's been a while since this place lacks of all this. I understand that they don't have ready to eat food,( to keep waste down) has to be ordered, but when you tell them, they seem to be not to happy to do their job or tell you they can't because " I'm by myself "just went in today, the worker looks like a homeless guy, no bags for the rollers, garbage overflowing, not the way it used to be. I don't want to be rude, but they should go to the lake alfred 7 eleven and see how to run it properly.

There were 2 girls at the register. One was checking people out and the other was counting a draw with a line past the door. When I went to pay for gas they said it would be 5 minutes before I could start pumping. I waited 15 with kids in the car before I could start pumping gas.

The food is usually dry, like it is sitting too long. The bathroom is always disgusting. When I fold one of the workers about the dried poop that is on the toilet, she said that she will not be cleaning it. She then went on to say that we will be okay, and us guys are disgusting.

honestly love the place and some of the workers, there's just this one I kinda don't like nomo all becuz he lied to me one day saying they didn't have pizza in the back when they did all becuz I was with a friend of mine that my boyfriend doesn't like. and apparently the worker only did that as a favor for my boyfriend and that's honestly messed up. u can't deny a customer something they want that u had all becuz u didn't like the person someone's boyfriend didn't like. and tbh that's quite sexist and also discrimination. I hope he gets fired for that. and he can hate me all he wants. u can't do something like that to someone all becuz of u not liking the guy cuz my bf doesn't. especially becuz he don't even know the guy.
