This location has caused me so much heartache. I paid off a refrigerator and a week later the freezer broke. I lost $200 in food. I still had a warranty on it so I called and they apparently don’t have technicians anymore so they had to come and get it and bring a loaner. I figured as long as it gets fixed the food would just be part of life you know. The two men came out and when they pulled out my paid for refrigerator of the men asked where the waterline is to the house. I am disabled so I can’t shut it off myself. I showed them where it was and I told him to please remember to turn it back on before they leave . Well, almost 2 weeks later they tell me it’s fixed couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. Only that it was fixed so Wednesday they came out, and when the man pulled out the loaner, there is water all over the floor all over my countertop by the fridge, which is now buckled , my landlord today brings me $106.83 water bill. I never had an overage bill in the five years. I’ve lived here. I get 3000 gallons free and I’ve never gone over. I called and spoke to Matthew he put me on hold and then put George on the phone. George said they’re not responsible now I’m stuck with a wrecked countertop , which will cost way more than I can afford and $106.83 water bill that I cannot afford. This is crazy where is the accountability? When we all seen the water, the errands driver looked at me dumbfounded, and said a I thought you had two water sources. ?? George refused to come out and look. I will never use them again. I had planned on renting a LR set and BR . yeah I know they won’t close down over little ol’ me but you reap what you sow. Trust

OTR OR COMMERCIAL DRIVERS ATTENTION .... they don't open on Saturdays for delivery they are open from, I've been told from 6:30am until 2:00pm M-F. Now the store is open for the public, not for delivery.

I've been a customer with them for a couple years. I've paid off 5 acs. Because 1 broke and they deemed it to much to fix so I had to buy another 1. 2 washers because the 1st went out and didn't fix it. A 75in TV but luckily when it stopped working it was only days after paying it off and they ended up replacing it with another 1 that ended up needing service not long after. I paid over 3k for my couch set that had a tear in it that they sent repair guy over but haven't heard anything back now its been 6 months? Just recently paid 5k for a cub cadet rider mower that went to service for starter witch wasn't touched and carburetor witch was also not touched. And now they have to figure out how much it will cost so they can charge me? Even though I had aarons club this whole time...then got mad at me and sent someone to my house for court because I stopped paying on 800 worth of stuff that they tried charging me 5k for...because they won't fix the 5k mower I just paid off.... and obviously goerge and wade is good friends witch so happens to be gorges boss so that's why with all the negative reviews nothing happened yet..I've also called corporate will do it again until they fix what I paid for...

As a Driver Rate confirmation said 0000 hrs delivery..someone finally come in about 0400..Didn't bother to check on my truck to see what I had..and give me info..So I'm there all night at 0530 I go to the warehouse ring bell and ask to use restroom..Oh I can't let anyone in the building since the virus..Really ? what like 3.5 years ago .. so what about customers in and out all day in the store ?How you doing business if coronavirus is still in effect here..I will be charging full detention here since my appointment wasn't at 0000I could of been somewhere at a truckstop with access to a restroom..Major ? Sheeple..-5 ?

I have the worst experience as a first-time customer with Aaron's I got an washer and dryer set and it was delivered to my home. They guys brought it in my home and sat it all up for me but didn't test my dryer all they did was made sure it came on then he turned it back off my washer wasn't pulling no water so the guy had to call his bosss who told him to switch my water hose. He got my washer working then left the next day I go to do some laundry and well my dryer had NO heat what so ever. I called and was told they would be out to see what's wrong with it. They came out well the guy told my husband it was the heating element went out in our dryer. That was supposed to be brand new out the box. Well they brought another one plugged it in and that one wouldn't even turn. But yet when they took him back to the shop the guy calls my husband and claims they both turned on and worked perfectly at the shop and it was my outlet that wasn't working. But if my outlet wasn't working why would the first dryer turn on but not heat up. Just be careful for scams because at the end of the day all they're looking for is to get paid for is commission. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.

George is a horrible person!! He is racist! He is rude ! He is disrespectful! He is terrible! He is awful! He is a true monster!! I don't understand how this guy is still in the position as a manager ?!! This is a person who is evil this is what the devil looks like in our world ! He is determined to be as rude as possible! He refused to let anyone help me ! He yelled at me in the middle of the store in front of other customers and employees and said if you come into my store you speak to me and if not then bring us our stuff back ! Everytime I go in to make payments hes always rude to me he speaks horribly at me so I asked to be helped by someone else and he said this is my store noone will help you if you come in my store you will speak to me or bring me my stuff back ? this is absurd this is a person who is abusive of his authority as a manager. Tell me why another employee was able to give me an extension of my payment but as soon as George seen it was me he immediately ran over and shut the girl down who was helping me ! He refuses to let anyone help me he refuses to help me with anything like extensions or anything of the sort .. I have several items from this store I've always dealt with Ashley who was awesome! I'm not sure why he started being the way he is being with me I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because I shot him down when he tried to flirt with me !!! The last 6-8mnths has been miserable dealing with Aaron's I feel like I'm being harassed and I feel like George has a personal vendetta against me !!! Please someone get this guy out the store !!!!!

If I had the option to give ZERO STARS I would have !!! George and Matt !! Absolutely disgusting treated us like straight garbage!!! Didn't want to listen to anything we were trying to say only kept cutting us off !! We've never been treated so poorly in our lives one thing I can guarantee is that if those two punks were face to to face with us they would have had a totally different attitude!!! Only because they were on the phone they acted like straight KARENS !!! GEORGE KEPT SAYIN NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE that's all he kept saying not wanting to hear anything!! The worst worst worst worst customer service I've ever in my life experienced !! Very rude !!!! I want something done about them both GEORGE AND MATT YOU TWO ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN THE FEILD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! YOU TWO ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! YOU TALK BIG ON THE PHONE BUT THATS ALL IT IS ON THE PHONE !!!YOU TWO GEORGE AND MATT ARE BULLIES !! You shouldn't be allowed to work with people you should be in a zoo for horrible monsters!!!!! Once again if they had an option to give ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!! GEROGE IS RUDE MEAN AND A JERK !!! NOW WE WENT UP THERE TO MAKE OUR PAYMENT!! NOW WE WERE BEING HELPED BY A YOUNG LADY AND GEORGE DECIDED TO COME AROUND THE CORNER RUNNING HIS MOUTH AGAIN ! WE COULDN'T EVEN SPEAK TO THE LADY THAT WAS HELPING US BECAUSE GEORGE SAID ITS HIS STORE HE WOULDN'T LET US COME IN AND MAKE OUR PAYMENT IN PEACE!!! HE REFUSED TO LET THE YOUNG GIRL HELP US HE STOOD THERE AND MADE THE YOUNG GIRL FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE SHE DIDNT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH US CUZ SHE SAID ITS HIS STORE AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO UPSET HIM !!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS GUY GEORGE!!!! HES A BULLY AND RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL DOESN'T WANT TO HELP NOT ANYONE !! I want something done immediately about this guy ! This guy George said if we come in his store we will speak to him or he will take our equipment !!! This is a bully that is in this store !! I will continue to climb that latter until I get this guy his job he doesn't need to be working with customers period!! George is a bully!!!!!! I want something done NOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION !!!!!!

TRUCKER REVIEW: This is both a storefront and a medium-sized warehouse with multiple loading docks. I arrived at night and was able to park at the door I got unloaded at. They began unloading at the appointment time and were done in about an hour. All interactions were positive. It seems that the two docks outside the gate are for receiving and the rest inside are company outbound. Didn't check on bathroom availability. Space to get turned around into dock is a little tight when gate is closed, but you can just turn a 53' forwards if you use the available space. Pictures show the area to do that.
