I took my daughters phone in for a lens replacement and was told it depended on who came to work when it would get done. I waited two days and they never called me. I came back and Shane had the doors locked and said he was trying to go somewhere. I explained the situation and told him the previous individual said it depended on who came to work because they do t know til they show up for the day. Shane proceeded so say that didn't sound right and insinuated I was a liar. He then said the part had to be ordered and they would have told me that which they did not. He asked me why I was so upset about it and I explained the level of professionalism and I would never conduct business that way and should have received a voicemail, call or text. I told him I'm a business owner and wouldn't want my staff saying that to my clients. He then proceeded to ask me if my business was still even open or operating and he was extremely condescending and rude. He found the phone and said the part came in but it was never put in the system and they just wrote my number on the back of the phone so he would enter it and I could come back again. This place of business is unprofessional and lacks the ability to provide proper customer service.

It's a cool shop and the owner is cool as well. They fix everything from phones to PlayStations and everything in between. Even HDMI ports for the PS5.

I came in to a wireless to buy an iPhone,Riggs sold me 11 pro switch my service over from Metro gave me a screen protector case and brand new charger and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes, all while he had 3 other customers.Im very happy with my purchase and now on my way to work.

I had a problem other repair stores couldn't fix,I took my iPhone 13 ProMax to Ace Wireless of Winter Haven and Riggs fixed the problem very quickly and didn't charge a dime!! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Terrible place to get your phone fixed! My mom went to get her phone fixed only thing wrong with it was it had went dark a lighting problem. They ended up replacing the whole mother board to the point now that the phone is saying it has unknown part. She lost sooo much work,photos and documents from the phone and was never even given an apology. They will argue back with you when you tell them something is wrong. They even called my mom and told her the phone was ready for pick up and handed her a non working phone. We had to call the owner of the store for help. We decided to call Apple to see why her credentials weren't found and they said they don't see anything or can't find anything under her name. Do not recommend this place wish I could put 0 stars!!!!

If it weren't so frustrating, I'd consider my experience with this place almost funny. Needed a phone battery replacement. Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. I'm not worried about the battery, just want a refund. Ask for the funds to be refunded to my card. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere
