Prices for certain breaks for my 2019 Q50 infiniti was crazy, for some simple rear brakes I was quoted for $35, which ended up being the wrong ones, so I had to return them to buy the correct ones anyway the correct ones were like +30 more but they were much smaller then the 1st brakes that I've purchased. Talk about mind blown

On 6/21/22, I went to store #9600, looking for Derek and he was off. A worker by the name of “Sully” took care of me and. This young man went over snd beyond to help me and solved my problem. Two weeks prior I had gone to the store for the same problem and spoke to “Chris” Asst. Manager, needles to say that it seems that he didn’t want to be bother. I explained to “Chris” that I had purchased the battery there about 2 years ago and had it installed by a young lady that was working there at that time. He kept insisting if I was sure it was at that store and I told him yes because we like dealing with Derek. He look in the computer to see if he could find the date of purchase but could not find it, proceeded to give me a number for me T call, there was no one in the store not sure why he couldn’t do it himself, he did check the battery and told me it was 100% charged and told me if I had any problems to come back in the morning. I didn’t go back because I felt that he just didn’t care or didn’t want to be bothered. Went back 2 weeks later and “Sully” helped me and what a blessing, it took him 10 minutes to make that phone call and get all the information needed as to when I purchased the battery which was still under warranty and solve my problem. Advance Auto Parts needs more workers like “Derek and Sully”. Need to get rid of workers that don’t want to do their job.
