The lady that has been there for 13 years was not the person I would want working for me. Will never go to auburndale discount again for simple issues. I really have set on my problem with this lady and she is still bad how do give 0 stars to the owner I promise you I don't want anything from you but for you to now what really happened

I've always found the counter folks helpful Good multiple locations. It's between them and ORileys for best in the area.

Very rude. Never offered help after standing on an aisle for 10 minutes with one other customer in store. Appeared to be 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. Approached the counter and was told "I need you to go over there" which was to a computer with no employee. Stated I had a question about a part and was rudly told "ok but i need you over there." Asked about part and was told "probably not going to happen, but you can check Lowes." Now I'm not a smart person but if I go to an auto parts store, I'm looking for auto parts. The part in question was on website but wasn't sure if it was available in the store. Part could have been ordered, but never even offered a solution. It appeared that the employees were setting up for a Thanksgiving lunch behind the counter, which I fully support, but if this is done during business hours, one would think to have a plan in place to assist customers? If not, close the store. This encounter most likely will cause me never to set foot in another Advance location. Have had a few issues in the past with this location and others.The young lady that did ring up the part purchased was nice, the issue was with another, which due attitude appeared to be the manager/ supervisor maybe? The other employees where looking at her the whole time so I assume this one was in charge. A gentleman who appeared to be the boyfriend was also behind the counter, and he even gave her a dirty look for the way she spoke to me.I ended up going to another provider and managed to round up the needed parts and worked through my needs for the project on hand. Got my son's truck running again with no thanks to this location. Two stars only because one of the smaller parts purchased was needed for project at hand. 1 star for customer service and told to check home improvement store for auto parts.

Customer service was taken to a high level by Ashley at the parts store on US 92. I had trouble getting my car to turn over but the battery was maybe a year old. They had tested the battery and the alternator was fine as was the starter. She asked about the fob but I just changed the battery. She mentioned the only other thing might be the brake light switch.Because 2018 Altimas are started by applying the break and pressing the starter, perhaps it was not making contact. Well the part wasn't stock but was available over on Havendale. She helped by ordering the part and said to leave the car running and she would go get the part!She went far above the call of duty in helping to diagnose our car. That type of customer care is difficult to find. Thank you!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because they had the part that I needed, but the lady that took care of us was very rude and never smiled, at the front door said customer service is our priority. . Thank God

Waited about 10 minutes trying to get a employee to answer a question. Went online with my phone and found the answer. Also found the item at about 2/3 their price. Ordered and Amazon delivered the next day.

My visit there was an awful experience customer service really bad was very rude after being called to help up front,then the parts listed on line couldn't even be ordered she said bc they weren't part of the business inventory,I ask why are they listed online she said don't know
