Any equipment you get from these people, make sure you check the serial number to verify it is actually new equipment. They gave my Aunt a supposedly new chair 4 years ago, and we had nothing but trouble with it, after a year they said it was hers now and refused to do any more repairs without paying for them. (I called them once in the first year for a repair on the left brake AGAIN and the guy said he would walk me through doing it myself over the phone !! I told him he could come fix their equipment or pick it up). I looked up the serial number for her chair online and it was actually FOUR years old when they delivered it and yet they still maintain it was new. LIARS !!!! She now has a new chair from a reputable company and Medicare has been notified of their fraud.In response to the owners response, First of all it was my Aunt, not my mother, learn to read. Secondly, Medicare most certainly DOES pay for brand new wheelchairs, as evidenced by the one she has now to replace the broken down 8 yr old one you gave her 4 yrs ago. You people wouldn't even honor the prescription her doctor gave for repairing the old one, that medicare would have paid the repairs on. In fact, one time in the first year she had it and needed a repair on the left brake, you tried to convince me to let you talk me through repairing it myself over the phone because you didn't want to have to come out and repair it yourselves again, until I told you to either come repair it or pick it up. LOL you people are pathetic liars !!

I needed a transport wheelchair for my husbands Dr appointments, so when they called about a wheelchair I asked for a transport chair, one I could lift into the car, they sent a large approx 60 LB wheelchair I cannot lift. So I have been trying for approx 2 weeks to get it picked up, but apparently they are too busy delivering to come by and get it, oh and I guess they are collecting $ from Medicare . Please get this chair picked up.I do not have room to store it for you.Not 5 stars, I gave one star because someone answers the phone. Next call Medicare

This business is no good all around. They treat their elderly clients awful on the phone and it’s all about how much can we up charge. Also one of the worst places to work the environment is very high school like. The manager and her friend calling the drivers cry babies and how they aren’t very smart or bad mouth the owners wife or telling people “I wish I was listening to you” when someone speaks to her. To top it off I was due a check on Feb. 3rd for the hours I worked jan. 23rd and 24th but it is now Feb. 26th and I have yet to be paid at all. Contacted both the manager and the owner of the company, both ignored me and have continued to do so. Rick ************ is a shady business man.

My Dr ordered a nebulizer. I have been fighting this company to get a simple nebulizer so I can breath easier they're always in a rush to get you off the phone and get rid of you. Yesterday they said it would be here first thing this morning. Nobody calls back nobody I called this morning to try to get an ETA and now I'm 7th on the list and it'll be sometime this EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING NEW TO THE AREA BUT I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS IS FOR MY DOCTOR USES I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH THE LINCARE SOMEBODY MORE reputable

I cannot believe 3.3 reviews. A company with 35 now 36 1 out of 5 stars is still in business. Unable to talk to the owner. Left a message but am still waiting to hear back. They do not care. They charged me $27 to tell me that the motor fell off the bed. I was told it would be prepared asap, 3 weeks later I'm still getting the run around. The only time I got their attention is when I brought up their bad reviews. All the negative reviews are dead on. It was a disaster from day one.

Thank you to Airlife Medical! My mom was evacuated from the Fort Myers area and we needed a backup in case power went out. Even though my mom was not a customer, Airlife worked with us to provide a battery powered oxygen source. Thank you, Rick, and Jessica! Jessica even called after the storm to check on my mom. Airlife Medical went above and beyond to help us last minute as they were prepping for Ian. I am so grateful they were there for us. I recommend Airlife Medical wholeheartedly. Jessica is the best!

AirLife Medical is the best DME supply company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are professional and help when an order needs more information. Their staff are friendly, and Craig always comes by to check for any needs I may have for future discharges. You don't have to worry when sending a referral because they are going to contact you to verify they received it. I absolutely enjoy working with their staff and I believe you will too. Superior DME Company! Being in the Home Health field, I always recommend AirLife to all of my accounts for their patients and when asked by a source to send in the DME order for them, I always send to AirLife. They are efficient and quick which is refreshing to know I don’t have to worry about an order being received or a patient taken care of. I am in frequent contact with Craig Beauchemin, their Rep., who is always extremely helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile!

I have used Airlife Medical almost exclusively for the past 3 years.I manage the medical director for 4 ALF's, needless to say I process a lot of orders for DME. I am thrilled with service and timelines of the deliveries. Rick communicates very well with me.

Lowest of the low. Leased a wheelchair for 12.5 months (fully paid in 13 by medicare). Mom went to rehab for those last 2 weeks. When she got out they started a NEW 13 month contract.Called Customer Service they agreed to waive the last 2 weeks and consider it paid for, until they didn't.After Mom passed they billed, dunned and put a lien on her "estate".Now the court won't clear her whopping 5500.00 life insurance policy (paid over 7k in funeral expenses out of pocket).
