I have had my unit for over 4 years. The facility is always safe and secure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff made sure to contact me when there was a chance of the area flooding.

Great customer service! Welcoming and Mrs Kim is always available to address your concerns and needs. Clean storage spaces and a clean bathroom for those restroom break needs. Area is safe and entry access safe also. I trust my belongings here at Barton Storage. Grab yours too and have a peace of mind. Oh yeah its temperature controlled too!

I tried to book a storage. Employee that was there he could not book it because he didn't even know how to do his job and on top of it he forgot to give me my debit card back so now I have no money for this evening.

My husband and I have been using Barton Storage for about a year and are impressed with this facility on many levels. Staff has always been helpful and friendly from day one, our (climate controlled) units are clean and well lit (which is a plus when you’re organizing your ‘stuff’), access to clean bathrooms, and convenient hours to access unit. We liked them so much that we rented a 2nd unit for a short period while transitioning from a different facility.

No trash cans anywhere on the facilities. I feel like they went into my storage unit while I had my stuff stored because the floor did not look cut up and replaced like it did supposedly, but it was hotter than hell and all of my things are moldy now that I put my household things in storage.
