“Very professional easy to book a appointment. Spacious waiting area, they walked me through the process of what my wash and would entail. Called me within a reasonable time to pick up my car. When I finally saw my car I was in disbelief. I almost didn't even recognize my own car couldn't believe it looked that good! They really took their time to get all my old stains out of my seats and carpet. the dash was shinning, and it smelled brand new! Definitely will be a returning customer. Very satisfied.”

“My son drives a used 2010 Toyota Tundra that held strong cigarette odor from the previous owner's smoking habit - I contacted Spoety's on a Wednesday, and the following morning they showed up and worked HARD at getting it cleaned up proper. In the afternoon we got hit with rain, but he kept working on getting the interior fresh and clean... this was done as a surprise for my son, and I can't wait for him to see and experience his "new" truck! I also can't begin to thank Spoety's enough - from the super quick response, to showing up bright and early, to persevering - even when I know and understand how INCREDIBLY difficult it is to remove the smell of cigarettes - THANKING & APPRECIATING YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! You exceeded all expectations!!! This team is as friendly as they are professional - a real pleasure to work with! I went out during the rain shower to check in on the truck and see how it all went, and was SHOCKED to see him still working on it - as it was raining - he stated that he used the storm as an opportunity to clean more of the interior... it's not easy find affordable, hard working professionals with exceptional work ethic like this anymore... “This place is really great! The make very tasty wings and flats baskets with fries, and their cakes are AMAZING!! So far I have only tried a few of the cakes but they are truly amazing!! And very reasonably priced!! The owners are the nicest people, who do a great job of remembering people!! I always appreciate going in and having someone catch eyes with me and hearing them say how nice it is to see me again!! Lovely family!! Can't wait to take my kids there for ice cream at the parlor!!”

“Google has this business listed as a car wash when in actuality Sal’s is a full-service mechanic shop. They did an excellent job on my Silverado which needed several things repaired.I already knew what the problems were before taking it in and they were honest about the work they were going to do. Sam was the only person I interacted and he really did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.The shop finished a complicated repair in under 24 hours. They did this with many other cars in the garage at the same time. Businesses in Winter Haven are commonly slow with very poor customer service skills but not Sal’s Garage.I hope I don’t have any more mechanical issues in the near future but if I do I will definitely be back.”

“I prefer to sit across the lot at the Marathon gas depot and scratch lotto with my "Bae". However from my observations . Which are rarely few, far between or unspoken..If there is anyone at the car wash its probably just a wild inwood nomad checking the garbage for winning lotto tickets " our kind 'threw away because it's too hard to get off the high horse we rode in on and check them inside . Therefore contributing to the unique ecosystem of inwood and bordering forbidden earth spaces. So 1 star should suffice . Generously.”

Every employee is eager to help and seems to genuinely enjoy working here.When you enter the wash bay an employee guides you forward onto a track. Once your vehicle is in the right position, you put your transmission in Neutral. The track will move you through the wash bay so you should keep your hands off the steering wheel and your feet off the brake pedal. The final phase of the wash bay is a powerful blow dryer that gets most of the water off the surface of your vehicle.When you exit the wash bay, you follow the drive to the left and pick an available station if you want to further dry your vehicle, vacuum the interior, and clean your windows and mirrors. They always have plenty clean towels and employees frequently walk around replacing used towels with clean dry towels. They provide glass cleaner in spray bottles at each station. There's also an air hose at each station which is useful for getting water out of tight places such as the side mirrors so you don't get drip spots along your vehicle as you drive away from the car wash.The prices seem reasonable especially with the option of unlimited car washes each month.
