Best Auto Yard Experience Ever – Ask for George!
I can’t say enough great things about Central Florida Auto Yard! After dealing with several other places that either didn’t have the part I needed or tried to charge outrageous prices (one even gave me the wrong part and still charged a restocking fee!), I finally found this hidden gem in Auburndale.
From the moment I walked in, George made me feel like family. You can tell it’s a real, honest, family-run business—not one of those cold, commercial operations. George genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. Even though he didn’t have the part right away, he didn’t give up. He started checking other options, refused to let me overpay, and had his guys out in the yard checking vehicle after vehicle. After searching through FIVE cars, they found exactly what I needed—and gave it to me for about a third of what other places were asking!
No pressure, no gimmicks—just kindness, integrity, and great customer service. If you’re tired of the runaround from other junkyards or auto part shops, go see George. You’ll leave with the part you need and a smile on your face.

Over the phone you're giving a price and full description of what's included in said price if you buy a door they'll tell you the door complete is $200 but when you get there they want to charge $85 for a mirror and another $75 for door locks and 50 for the window and continue to upcharge every single thing knowing you driven hours to get there stay far away from this place

Called him Jan 15th about a hatch for a 2009 Honda Fit Sport, told me he had a Honda Fit but it's not a sport but he double checked & said the hatch would fit perfect, he knew i was driving over 3 hours to get there & when i got there he hadn't even pulled the said hatch yet, after pulling i asked again.. ARE you sure this will fit??? he checked his system & said YES no problem... I pay him $250 & left, now were going on 3 week's the body shop calls me says it's NOT the rite hatch.. I called him, he said he remembered me i paid cash.... He asked do you have the receipt? I reminded him i paid cash he said yes i remember, I said you didn't give me a receipt??? He said he cannot help me because they don't document what they charged me, so there is no way to take it back without a receipt because he has NO way to know what i paid him.... Long story short ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST & NOT A GOOD PLACE TO do ANY business with.... I also have his FB marketplace messages which has already been shared to my over 3000 followers on social media

Looking for a replacement bumper for my 2008 F-250 and found one at CFAY. Spoke with George on the phone the previous week, who verified it was in stock and texted me pictures. The bumper was in excellent shape, and when I arrived this morning, they were even will to install it for an additional small fee. Fair prices, customer focused, worth the drive!

I bought a headlight for a car and when I arrive to change it, the mechanic tells me that it has a broken tab. After having made the payment, they issue a document with the guarantee and return policy, according to what is determined by this it is almost impossible to return, in short they sold a broken part and I am not knowledgeable, I would have to go to the place with a mechanic so that they cannot sell you a broken piece at a higher price than in other places and that you cannot return or claim later, I feel completely scammed, I will never return to that place again.

Bought a used transmission from 'JESSICA', drove 60 miles each way to pick it up and it was defective. We are a shop and this company has a delivery service but refused to pick up the defect. So we drove it back, 120 mile roundtrip, even though they deliver to my town! Was told we would get a return call from JESSICA, but that also proved untrue. We invest 10 hours of shop labor to install and then remove this defective part, (plus fluid!) and this company could not even be professional enough to retrieve their defect and help us out. Terrible customer service, will never go to them again and will advise others to avoid this place. This episode cost my company approx $1000 in lost labor, payroll, tolls, gas, fluids, etc...
