I am so dissapointed at this Circle K customer service ?. This review is coming from a former circle K employee who was taught to be nice to the customers plus making their trip worthwhile to the circle K customers because you Don't know if you had received a mystery shopper to your store and your treatment to the customer was like trash. I would definitely look into this store and their employees because that customer service is not the vision for the CEO of Circle K. If you do not want the job leave and let someone else nicer to get the job. The person who charged me just rang the items I was getting and then abruptly went to the next customer did not get a bag did not make sure if the sale went through or nothing. In other words the worst customer service ever. Dissapointed client and former employee.

Women just walked in filled 20 cups of ice put them in a big bag and walked out without paying employees did nothing that's why there's no ice lots homeless around this store don't stop here

Store manager should be ashamed of herself. She is working with customers and her attitude is so poor. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with her. She seems very rude to her employees and everyone. Seriously need to reconsider someone else to manage the store. Only reason im leaving a second star is because the only person to greet me politely and help me find stuff was junior one of the employees there very cool guy

First visit: I didn’t like that I couldn’t cancel the mobile membership without canceling the entire transaction, so I went somewhere else. Second visit: However, the young woman that works here is very nice and helpful. Because of her I’ll shop here. Just not for fuel- 4/20/24 @ 4:44 PM

This store needs to get it's act together. Seems like the last few months, their polar pop machines have been 'out of order' every other week.Then it's down for a week or more.

Wow, you walk in? You don’t even get a good morning. It wasn’t like it was crowded and they couldn’t say good morning and welcome me. As I go up to the counter to pay for the gas, she is eating food and basically ignoring me. When I tell her what I want to do she says “next counter”. When I try to give her my money she points down below to use automated cashier. I can see why her job is being replaced.

Today I was charged twice for all left items on my receipt but was never given a refund of the money they overcharged me with. Once is understandable, everyone make mistakes, but for this to happen twice? No. Unacceptable.
