DO NOT USE U-HAUL SERVICES HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR U-HAUL . Once you have the store call the owner he turns off his phone and doesn’t show up. They claim that he’s always on time never late that he is only 4 houses away and that they sent someone to his house “to wake him up “ but it’s been 45min and that employee nor the owner has yet to show up. “No one at the store can help me even tho the keys are at the store” no consideration it’s the last day of the month and that it’s the last day of a lease and keys will need to be dropped off today after I wasted over an hour someone named Sam calls the store and says that I need to move my reservation somewhere else.
They honestly be investigated and have their uhual license rental license pulled
The lady working was sweet and constantly tried helping calling owner and the guy in between customers

Bad service extra charge for gas stayed on account for too long couldn't spend money on card

This place takes 50 dollars extra for gas if you pay at the pump, and it takes 3 days to come off. New owners smell.
