They don't pick up the phone. Don't sell individual screws just pack of 100. If they have something on another store and bring it over the charge about $10 for a truck that is coming over anyways. They don't even have screw rulers. etc...

Store hours are not what are posted. Probably should update that so people don't drive all the way here and it's closed. You'd think with this large of a company atleast the hours of operations would be up to date.

Supposed to do fasteners brought in 5 different items they didn't even know what they were called couldn't even find what I was looking for . couldn't even refer me to someone who does .went to O'Reilly's they helped me Fastenal are idiots and very rude not bringing anymore business here.complete idiots.
