The store has to be the worst in Central Florida! I drove 40 minutes to get there. I walked around for 5 minutes and decided to ask for assistance. (The store had six employees and one cashier.) There were plenty of people available, but not one offered to help. I asked three employees where to find items, and each time they pointed and walked off. Yes, they pointed and walked off when there were more employees in the store than customers. I needed to spend more money on additional items, but the service was so horrible that I left. As a veteran, I don't spend my money where it's not appreciated, and I will share this experience with the rest of the military community that lives in the area. If Harbor Freight doesn't care, why should we?

Poorly trained and rude staff make this HF horrible ? The rude staff members and manager all claimed they couldn't look up a receipt for a return via a track member #. The whole point of the "insider track" is marketing for them, and the only benefit for customers is that you don't have to keep the receipts. Never had an issue at any Harbor Freight, except this store. The worst part is that they were rude about it! Literally cutting me off while speaking. Took a while to find the email receipt due to all the spam they send. But we got our money back and will not be returning to this store.
