Eric deserves some recognition because his customer service skills are superb, he was super nice, and he has vast knowledge in all the different items in the store. And he went out his way to show me different prices on Amazon of a product I wanted that they didn’t have. It will definitely be back.

I went in the day before asking if I could sell them my brand new iPhone 11 because I ended up upgrading, & was told yes. I told them I would be back once I reset the phone. I went back the next day & Maribel was the associate who helped me & she low-key made me feel uncomfortable with the way she kept looking at me & trying to get me to keep the phone. She made me feel she didn’t want to take my phone & I honestly wish the person I spoke w/ the day before that would’ve just stepped in & took over the whole transaction.

Chris was such a great sales man. He took the time for my brother Hector and me. He his great with customers as well as offering the warranty for the items I bought as well as giving me a little bit of a discount on the items.You should be very proud to have Chris,his hospitality went beyond helping me .I will recommend him to my friends.

I’m 100% customer picked up all my stuff needed a loan offered me 400 so I asked for the max and she wouldn’t give me a price. Went next door to Cash America who I have to prior history with and they offered me double. Poor customer service. Won’t be back going to CA from now on.
