“While in Auburndale last Sunday, I got a screw in my tire. Went to Walmart tire center which was busy. Manny came out and I explained the situation. He looked in the system and realized they did not have the tire in stock. I told him I live in Avon Park and would check with them. I wasn't sure if I could drive that far as the screw is halfway in. Manny said no problem back the car up and I will put the spare on for you. He did this while answering other associates and workers questions. He was very professional and a great asset to your store! He went above to help me out and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I have worked retail and know you hear 100 negatives and 0ne positive!! Great job Manny and much thanks.”
“Been coming here for almost two years because they’re always friendly and they don’t try to charge me for something I don’t need. For example, the last few times they checked my wipers and said I was good. Any other place would have tried to get me to get them (had it happen with new wipers). I love that today everyone was joking around and even singing. Great people here. It’s no wonder we are loyal to them!”

“Love these guys. Honest and truthful. They tell you what's wrong and give you the options. They will say we can just fix this for x. But since we are there it might also be smart to replace this, it's only y more. Since they are already taking that part out to get to the other item. I trust this shop with all of my vehicles(6).

“Saved Christmas! We just drove into Auburndale 13hrs from DC and had a flat tire. Something that could be patched. Went to Tire Kingdom and they turned us away because they wanted us to buy a new tire. Went to Cypress Tires and they said they could fix it no problem! Ernie and Madelyn were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back for any future needs!

“Expensive but efficient! And they won't do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric that's another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and there's plenty of windows so you can check your car.”
“On two different occasions, they have told me that they are back up, and they are going to try having the job done the same day. No appointment. They call about an hour later, and it's done! I'm impressed with their promptness.”
